I can’t believe I haven’t done a Google review for our favorite local Mexican spot!
Atmosphere, food, drinks, service, patio in warm weather are all sublime!! Run don’t walk!

Great Mexican restaurant. Usually a wait but not long. Food is good. They also have a variety of tequila and different margaritas. Staff is friendly and answers all questions. Outdoor patio is festive.

This restaurant is 5 stars in all categories, food, service and atmosphere. First of all the food is out of this world good (even better because of their prices). I've never had such good salsa in my life and the skirt steak was cooked a PERFECT med rare. The drinks were just right and the flan is a must, must, must try!
Great music and all the other customers were enjoying this place as well. And I loved that the manager went around to every table and checked to make sure everything was good. Long story short, they've got a new customer for life!!!!

Such amazing food. Great service. They have a beautiful atmosphere inside the restaurant and than there outside patio with palm trees absolutely love. Great music and it’s like you are on vacation mode. Shrimp tacos and Chicos tacos, was soooo delicious went there today for lunch.

The chicken flautas were the best ones I've ever had. Also loved the queso fundido. Service was great and atmosphere is really nice.

Excellent service, even with a crowded room. Large quantities but didn't sacrifice quality in the food dept. We had the Mexican Mule, Chico's Punch, Carnitas Chimichangas, and Spicy Chorizo tacos.

Pt.2 4 months later. Shrimp Chimichanga and Chicken Flautas

Chico's is a. great Mexican restaurant here in Denville NJ their menu is like a hard cover book with bountiful choices. Their Mexican food is super delicious with great presentation. The ambiance is very comfortable and like your on a day or night off for fun with great food and drinks! Speaking of drinks they have at least 20 choices of Margaritas to chose from. I picked the blackberry one. Omg..heaven..check out my pictures below. 5 Stars !!!

We had great food, excellently prepared, and served piping hot. The flavors and presentation were top-notch. This was my second time in a month, and I can't wait to return.

A really great place for Mexican food. My only complaint was not having hot sauce at the table, half way in I was wanting to put it on but the waiter had already left. Next time I'll have to remember to ask.

The food was phenomenal, and the drinks were to die for. It is hard to find a place that has both food and drinks that are top-notch. Most definitely will be coming back for more.

Amazing service. Kyle was our waiter and he was very nice. There is live music playing, which creates a nice atmosphere both indoors and out. Food was outstanding, will definitely visit again soon.

My boyfriend (now fiancé) and I have been coming here for 2 years now and it is our go-to, absolute favorite place. Though it gets pretty packed on Friday/Saturday nights and there could be a bit of a wait, we love sitting at the bar and getting served by the best bartender ever, Sebastian. The food is amazing, which we never have to wait very long for, the service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is such a great vibe! It’s a family-owned restaurant - Chico and his family work SO hard to run their business successfully, and that makes coming here so much better. If you’re in the area you HAVE to go here!!!

Did take out on a Friday night and the food was delicious. Ready when promised even on a Friday evening. Will definitely be back.

The drinks were great! The food was AMAZING! I don’t take reviews lightly because I depend on them to go anywhere…don’t think twice about this place. Music on point, drinks made right and the food is again, AMAZING! 10 out of 10 will be back for sure!

The food is AMAZING! HONESTLY worth ever 5 star. Staff is friendly and make you feel right at home. The meat is fresh and wings are to die for! I come once a week because I really can't resist and the price is so affordable! The smothered burrito with pork and green sauce is my go to!

Really nice place fun atmosphere. Really nice owner. Sebastion was great and made really good drinks! We noticed there is outdoor seating with plenty of parking. Music was great, different music at the bar from the dining area. And not loud at all, you can have conversations with no issue hearing each other. While sitting at the bar for St. Patrick's, my girlfriend actually hit flower bombed by a local florist. We had an amazing time and we will be back!

Awesome place for cinco de mayo!!!

SEBASTIAN IS MY HERO.. Really though, Chico's gracious and welcoming attitude is paralleled by all the players on staff. And this bartendering, brotherly bravado offered by Sebastian makes this restaurant an overperforming spot. Sit at the bar, relax in the dining room - fun atmosphere but exceptionally open to whatever experience you're looking for this evening.

Great staff, good food and good drinks. The sampler was great, we got that and the nachos and it was way more than enough food. Everything was fresh and probably some of the. Enter food around the area.

Food was great and so we're the drinks. Have been here a few times and never disappointed.
