My iPhone 13 stopped working suddenly on Friday afternoon and I called this location for help diagnosing the issue. Despite it being closing time, Omar told me to come over and kept the store open an extra 90 minutes (on a Friday night) just to make sure I was all set and had a functional phone heading into the weekend with my family. He and Chris were incredibly helpful, kind and took care of my whole set up, transfer, and even found me a discount I wasn’t taking advantage of. 10/10 for service! Will definitely go back if I need anything in the future!

My SIM card wasn’t working and Omar was able to let me know what the problem was and set me up on a new phone within the next hour or so. He was so patient and helpful throughout the process and answered all of my questions fully and completely. They even kept the store open an extra half hour to finish up with me. 10/10 would recommend.

Andres and Omar Are the best!!! I finally had to get a new phone which I fought for a while and literally those 2 spent almost 2 and a 1/2 hours with me. Cause we had to figure out a lot of things before we could transfer files over to a new phone. They were patient. Answer all my questions. Even though I'm 10 minutes from a local Verizon store. I will drive 30 minutes every time. I need anything to see these guys

A gentleman named Andres helped me to purchase a new phone. He was extremely helpful. You should be proud to have an employee such as him working for you. I would suggest you do whatever you can to keep him.

I had an issue with my phone after dropping it at work. A blue screen in the background started to take over. I was concerned about losing my data and was immediately assisted by Mike who assured me he could assist and that my data was in tact / secure. Mike was patient, professional and resolved my issues getting me into a new IPhone which I am very happy with. It was an efficient and zero stress process. I would highly recommend Mike and Verizon Morris Plains for your phone needs. Mike and the team were great.

Great location! They treat your phone plan as if they are paying the bill and really try their hardest to save you the most money and find the best promotions. Dont be fooled by Verizon store employees telling you to avoid an authorized dealer, they are the best. Shout out to Lucas who helped me get the best discounts for my Samsung Note 20 Ultra and a pair of Galaxy Watch 3s for my wife and I. He was awesome and very knowledgeable. I will always use this location for anything Verizon related.

Andrej was awesome! We were having issues with the reps on the phone but he made sure he called more reps until we got everything handled on the account. This location did not have the iPhone 14 max pro so he drove to another location to pick it up for me and was back in less that 30 minutes. He really went the extra mile to make sure everything was handled. 10/10 would go back to this location due to Andrej’s customer service he provided!

My dad and I went to the Verizon store yesterday to pick up my iPhone 14 and it was close to closing time. Despite this fact, Jacob and Andre welcomed us nicely and went through the entire process very efficiently and patiently. In addition, they were great people to talk to in general. Very nice people. In comparison to the Verizon store at East Hanover which has terrible customer service and never gets things done (from our experience), this one is 100 times better. Would DEFINETLY recommend going to this Verizon over the East Hanover one.
