Great staff & service. First time getting a passport for a minor. The agent was extremely professional, nice & informative. He was patient with us & our son. Will definitely returning to this post office even though it's not my local office

My item was marked delivered but was not. I called the post office and talked with Mr. Zia he was pleasant and took down my info to research the missing package. No more than 45 minutes later he HAND delivered my missing package to me! Best customer service i have ever experience anywhere! Thank you Zia. Also my everyday post man Al is very pleasant and helpful. Jeff has also gone out of his way to help my business!

Hassle-free. Quick business/transactions. Very nice, expect for a dark-skinned, African American female (mid 20s, early 30s). She seems to have an attitude, arrogant way about her. This isn't my first time with an encounter with her. Definitely acts like she doesn't want to be there. I don't know what her deal is, but she can definitely make the atmosphere negative. Overall though, all of the other staff are PLEASANT, RESPECTFULL, ETC

I would like to thank Sarina and Desirea for the top notch customer service they provided for me. They were very informative and assisted me with my passport renewal. I felt that they really cared about assisting and noticed it with other patrons. If there were more stars, I would have given them. Thanks!!!!!

A very convenient extended hours, closes at 7pm week days. The staffers are professional and provide quick services.
