Maria made my visit as pleasant and satisfying as possible and I appreciate her efforts to provide me with excellent service.

My family & I went into the store and was warmly greeted by Rose. She welcomed us asked if we needed help but gave us space to look around. We were shopping for dining room chairs. She checked in with us, and answered our questions. We purchased 4 chairs. Rose helped with scheduling delivery as well. Once we made our decision the check-out process only took 15 minutes. Rose was professional and courteous. The store was well stocked and clean. A great experience all around.

Jake, the manager, provided exceptional service when we visited the store.
Despite our original representative being occupied, Jake stepped in seamlessly, demonstrating both efficiency and helpfulness.
He even took the time to introduce us to patio furniture options.

My sales guy Bob Hawkins helped us quickly make a great decision on an economic sectional. I recommend the outlet because their pricing is more economical than the main branch. Overall, happy with my purchase, the experience, and will be buying a nice dining room table soon from the them.

Was greeted by a saleswomen and asked what I was looking for. I told her I was just lookinfg and if I needed her helped then I would get her. I like how they let me walk around to see what type of coach I wanted. I never relt any pressure in making a purchase. Very friendly sales staff.

I had a wonderful experience working with my sales associate Mariana. She was professional and so knowledgeable. We worked efficiently because she listened to exactly what I needed for my new place. The appointment took about an hour total and I got everything I needed at an amazing price. I would definitely recommend any and all my family and friends to come here! I can’t wait to see the pieces in my new home come together!

Awesome experience great prices, my only regret is I wish I knew about this place earlier. There are such high quality furniture at extremely reasonable and competitive prices. The service is also great no one is pushy to make you buy anything. The in stock items will be in your house extremely quickly. Very nice. Will be returning for more stuff in the future.
