After visiting nearly every vape shop in the area, I can confidently say Madvapes is by far the best. In addition to the wonderful assortment of both juices and devices, they have the best staff you could hope for. Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, I couldn’t ask for more.

The folks here are really nice. They always explain anything I ask and they’re really into vapes and the tech and whatnot and happy to talk about it. They have a great selection that includes like half a long wall of shelves of vape juice. I love that they stock Custard Monster. I’m happy to call this my current go to spot.

Went to madvapes for an issue with a cartridge and no idea how to fix it. Instead of selling me a new battery, Tiffany went full Macgyver and got that sucker working again faster than I could say "what a piece of junk". Couldn't be happier with my experience, I'll be coming here for all my future purchases. Thanks again to Tiffany!

Love both Madvapes locations. Raritan has never screamed home to me, but I can also say I haven't been able to hang there as much, being so far away from home base. Greenbrook store much closer and feels like second home.
No matter what, seeing the same faces at both stores is super reaffirming I'm getting the best customer service in the state. Madvapes employees don't waste your time upselling you on anything you don't need. They want to honestly help you get vaping and off cigarettes ASAP! My go-to shop for everything vapes. I love these guys. Great selection of juice and mods. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I always feel like I’m where I’m supposed to be when I walk in the door. A rare thing in my experiences. Plus they always have my filters and flavors. Loyal fan for many years and hopefully many more to come.

Madvapes in Raritan is a great vape shop! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! You can tell that the staff really care about their customers because they remember you and what you like. This place rocks!

Outstanding customer service and excellent knowledge of their industry. Chris, the owner, took his time to explain everything to me! I went in as a rookie with little to know knowledge of vaping and he did a great job educating me every step of the way. Go here if you want to feel like you are not just part of the crowd. Prices are very competitive and the location is great with ample parking. Highly recommended!

Great little shop. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Fairly standard prices versus other shops in the area. They have a pretty large selection, and the guy helping me was able to point me to several juices that were specifically what I asked for in flavor profile. They were out of stock on the copper mesh coils I was looking for, for my TFV12 Prince, but they had other acceptable coils. They said they will be getting the copper mesh coils in stock, I believe, but I'm just visiting the area today. Keep up the good work, guys!

This is THE Vape store! All your juices all your salts and devices! Whatever you are looking for they have it. Best of all…they are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. When I write reviews, it is usually when I get bad service. Rarely do I do a review for good service (probably something I should change). This shop made me want to write a review, for how amazing it is. I have been to a LOT of shops, and generally always enjoyed them, until I found madvapes. I have NEVER had better customer service, at any store. I travel for work often and stay at 5 star luxury resorts, and I would put this staff above the service I get there. I have been helped by at least 5 different employees, and each time was an amazing experience. If you live in this area, GO HERE. Do not even bother with any of the other shops.

This store is GREAT! I get dragged in random vape shops by my boyfriend, but this one was actually enjoyable. Great staff, took the time to explain everything, and the selection is great. Wilfred and Bobby ( the owner ) spent the time to find out exactly what my taste is and found perfect juices for me. I will be in every time I come to Jersey.
