Was stuck in a trouble situation with traffic on route #22. In the middle of a flood yesterday, There WAS NO way out! Had water rising all the way up to our knees. When my car battery decided to die, But Thanks to Tires R Us for a jump start on my battery.I found my way back home safe & sound super nice gentleman with a kind heart.

Incredible customer service experience and extremely fair pricing most of all. Their employee Rosco was a true professional in every sense of the word. He got my car into the shop swiftly, began work immediately, and took meticulous care with the entire process and calculations for the tires. Plus, his interaction with me as a customer was exemplary. Tires R Us is the place to go for affordable car work and fantastic customer service. Literally cannot say enough good things about it.

This place is the best. I contacted them to come out to change my tire. The guy was very responsive to me and had a reasonable price. We stayed in contact throughout the day but he ended up getting busy around 6-7 pm so I thought he forgot about me. At around 9 pm he texts me back asking if I still needed my tire changed I said yes. My phone battery ended up dying. So I had to wait for it to charge, I called him back at 1100 and let him know what was going on. He still came out at 12 am to change my tire and charged me a decent price. I will recommend him to anyone who needs their flat tire changed. Awesome customer service and amazing attitude. Thank you so much!!!

Today was an experience like no other! It’s not always you receiving great customer service in this area. Roscoe was very professional in providing service. While multiple tasking he was able to still assure that he would take care of me. I was impressed. Today was a blessed day and I am grateful for Tire R US!

The dealership tried to overcharge me and I googled this place. I ended up going to the location and Roscoe provided me with impeccable service. He is professional, knowledgeable and his prices are reasonable. I ended up needing extra work done and he told me and explained to me fully why I needed it done. He has a customer for life and I will refer him to anybody. Tires R US is the best place with the best customer service.

Very Professional and Very Reliable. Service is available 24 hours . Obviously catching a blow out or a flat can be pretty scary and nerve racking but once you call these guys you can put your mind at ease because the owner is polite and comforting ( And NOT in a Pervy way lol). My Tire Spot for life . :)

This was the first time i used tires r us and it was great i had a messed up tire un repairable called tyrone and he came out to my job in somerset changed both tires for a great price he was very respectful very great costumer service what place is open late for tires no were else but tires r us keep up the good work. Will use his services for all my tire needs

Great experience here getting a Used tire to replace one that had a leak in the side wall (not repairable). Owner/ manager is a great guy. Spoke on the phone before hand and came in later that day. They are honest and provide quality work and service. They care about their reputation which really shows in the customer experience they provide. I would highly recommend going here for any work related to tires.

Walked out to my car after an all nighter of poker and saw my tire was low. Drove it to tires r us and Rosco was working. He was cool, very friendly and had my tire plugged quickly. I recommend for sure.

Last week, i caught a flat and it was almost 7 pm—most places were either closed or about to close and couldn’t service my vehicle. I found this company on google and instantly called them. I spoke with Tyrone, who assured me that if I got my car towed to his shop that they would service me right away with no problems! We arrived in the tow truck and the employee serviced my car right away! I’m super thankful for this company because I needed a new tire that night and couldn’t wait until the next day because I had to work in the morning. Without this company, that would not have been possible. This will be the only company I plan to utilize for my future tire needs! Thanks so much for the amazing service Tyrone and team!!

Honestly, I really do not like going to new places just due to bad experiences but this place was well worth the visit! The fact they have 50 reviews and 5 stars says enough but the service is amazing! I was in need of some tires and everywhere I called they were trying to overprice me and tell me I needed new tires. Ive always purchased used tires with no issues over the last 4 years. Anyways, I call Ty early at like 8am and he was so nice and I told him i would stop by later in the morning he said no problem. I get there and he had 3 tires already in the back of his truck, just for me! All 3 guys were great! Balanced and quality, very pleased. I will definitely be returning and also spreading the word! Customer service is what keeps a business alive and these guys got it down to the T! Thank you for being so nice,fast and efficient. Much appreciated! 😊

Best in town! It was late after work And I noticed I had a flat tire. They took at look at it and found each hole & leak that was on there! I got a great price on a new tire! Fast services on getting my new tire put on as well. Super satisfied, I will be recommending to family & friends.

A hidden gem in the heart of the city. Excellent after-hours service for me. I needed a late evening repair before a very early departure the next day. He accommodated me with a swift plugging of my tire. Very fair price considering my circumstances. Honest fair service. I noticed that he has a road service truck also. I'm definitely saving his number in my phone.

Very impressed. Called ahead with a screw in my run flat tire. Everyone else was closed. Over the phone, he determined that he could plug the hole. When I got there, he and his employee dropped what they were doing and fixed the tire very quickly and properly (tire pressure and tight bolts).

Very friendly and competent service. They even have a mobile unit that will come out to you. Can't say enough nice things about my experience. They deserve the high rating they have online.
