Brandon has been around for many years. Somerville has been seen as a small town, though it has now gone through some major redevelopment. He for sure knows the local municipal and superior court in and out. So he knows many people, and he does get results. I know he has helped my family and I for over 20 years. I am and have always been happy with his services. I consider him very nice and a friend. I would tell anyone with legal issues, especially Somerset County.. Brandon Martin is the guy you want.

Brandon, was absolutely amazing throughout my entire home purchase journey between last month (January) and this month (February). And let me tell you, it wasn't an easy one at all especially in this current housing market but Brandon was hands down amazing every step of the way and made things so much easier for me and my family. As if there wasn't enough pressure on the table, I am currently expecting my second child at almost 8 months pregnant and felt very under the gun to get things done right and not lose this deal. He paid attention to every detail at every corner and was on the ball when sometimes I myself would fall short. Received him as my lawyer in January 2020 through Upright Law. Sent over all the paperwork and paid up by June 2020 but no response. Called the office multiple times in the last year and the secretary supposedly passed down my messages but no response back. He can't even text back but once in a year or answer his phone after I've left over 10 plus voicemails. I paid him off a year ago and no response, not even one status update. Do not recommend him as a lawyer unless you want to wait for years for a response.

Brandon is an absolute horrible lawyer when it comes to real estate transactions. When the property was under attorney review he suddenly became non-responsive. He left the transaction in limbo for 3 weeks to a point where the offer had to he rescinded. I wouldn't recommend this lawyer for any services. Very unprofessional!

Very poor experience with this attorney starting in 2013 through 2018. This attorney filed a fraudulent guardianship action against our family which was a fraud upon the court and has thus far cost us over $200,000.00. He was a greedy self serving attorney who took advantage of people that had little knowledge of the law.

Believe when someone tells you their experience with a no show lawyer, and walk away, reviews are real, i didn't listen and i gave this lawyer money on our first visit in his somerville empty office which he said was under renovation, but that was it, almost a year now, nothing has been filled and he is playing catch with me,he has no given back my money since he hasn't done anything upon my request , Beware ,this is the red flag, if you fall in ,it will be too late, trust people don't change
