Got stranded 94 miles away from home with a flat tire and had to take it off the vehicle and walk it to the walmart the auto care center people were amazing very informative and polite and got me taken care of fast and efficiently and made it so I could get back on the road and going big shout out the them and a thank you

This is one of the cleanest wall Marts I’ve been too. All the shelves were stocked, there was actually an employee who came up to me and asked me if I found everything that I needed which was the first ever for me in a Walmart. Never thought I would say this but I would definitely recommend this Walmart.

Dropped by the Walmart Supercenter in Ithaca for some weekend shopping. The place is massive! You can literally find everything you need under one roof. From electronics to groceries, they've got it all. Clean aisles, decent prices, and a convenient location. Staff could be a bit more attentive, but overall, it's a solid shopping spot when you're in the area. If you're on a tight schedule, avoid peak hours, as it can get pretty crowded. All in all, a reliable Walmart experience!

Was in town vacationing and noticed not 1 but 2 items in our tire causing a slow leak. Karen and Chris where so helpful and got me in right away. I am so thankful for their kindness and patience with me walking in at 7am totally stressed. Thank you both! Tire fixed and on our way home safely!

We travel in our motorhome all summer long, and truly appreciate the Walmart parking lots that are open to overnight RV parking!
Like many people, we shop at Walmart, so it makes it convenient to stop, shop, and stay overnight.
We’re careful to stay out of everyone’s way, and never expand the slides.

Employees at this location were polite and pretty helpful..they assisted me once it looked like I was in search of an item! You don't hear staff doing that anymore! They are usually on point with actually having the items stocked that are supposed to be! Stop by and try not to overspend!😂

Fantastic store. Almost always have what I want. Their prices are the best in town, especially for brand name items. Self-checks are easy to use. My only complaint is about their carry out cafe. They are almost never open, at least the last few times I was there. I rang the bell once to be waited on and was told in a very angry and un-friendly manner by a worker they weren’t open yet. They don’t have their hours listed so how was I supposed to know that? Maybe they are short staffed but I think that lady has terrible customer service skills and should be fired. She is just not a nice person. And even when the carry out cafe is open they hardly have anything. Probably the worst carry out cafe at any store in Ithaca. Other than that, though, I love the store and find most of their employees very friendly.

Picked up our curbside order. Use it at least once a week. Service was cordial and quick. Very easy. Associate was accommodating. Did another pickup today. Same great results.

This particular Walmart store has been a far better experience than the other locations I've been to. It's quite clean and the staff, at least the cashiers with whom I've interacted, have been very friendly. Most of the checkouts are now self-service, which is also convenient. Definitely like shopping here to keep within my grocery budget without having to sacrifice getting what I want or need.

Any associate that I asked for help was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. At least they were able to steer me in the right direction and even though the store is rather large, they were quite detailed with aisle numbers and how far down the aisle and on which side. Folks that might not even be in the same department still knew where things were.

This is a decent Walmart. They had a USB extension cord that other local stores did not, I was impressed.

Ithaca Walmart is pretty good the customer service was great

There is everything you could want in this huge store. The prices remain low. Meanwhile, other stores' prices continue to rise. I'm very pleased with the selection they have for the goods I need. Now and then the supply chain is limited for certain items. I've never had to make more than two trips for one item.

Keeping up with two colleges in town is not an easy thing to do.

We always come back home with some very good deals 👌👍.

I hate going in the store but I absolutely love the pickup service. Item availability can vary but it’s a much better alternative to Instacart!

No bags to bag your items. Bought well over 50 items and had to place in my car and everything was rolling around.
Is Walmart that hard up to save money.

No complaints. It's your average Walmart, which would usually get 4 stars but I appreciated the lady supervising the self checkout line offering an additional cart if I needed it after bagging everything.
