Great place to bring children of any age. There are lots of hands-on things for them to do, as well as many animals to see.

Went to the Sciencenter for the first time with my family today. Not only did my kids loved it, but so did I. For only $10 per person, it was jammed packed with a lot of interactive exhibits with great information. We all learned really great and amazing facts today while having a lot of fun. The outside playground area alone was worth the price of admission. If planing a fun little date day with the kids, definitely check out the sciencenter.

We had a blast here. The kids were young the last time we came so they really enjoyed it this time.

Such a great place!! My children and I where there from 9 till 3, and we only left because we needed to, otherwise we would have stayed till closing! While there, the children built Rollercoasters! I appreciated that the instructor embraced their creative skills and asked them questions that allowed them to form hypotheses and test them out! So much fun for all ages, things to do indoors and on the playground outside, plus the staff was respectfully friendly. I definitely plan to visit again the next time we're in town

It is a wonderful place more geared towards all elementary aged kids. My kids had an amazing time. We also enjoyed playing mini golf. Though it was a little hard for little kids but every hole was science based and very interesting. Overall a great place to spend a few hours with young kids.

We have three boys, two who are autistic. The Ithaca Science Center is a frequent request of theirs and we are always happy to say yes! The staff are kind and knowledgeable, the exhibits are ver accessible. Their toddler space is a favorite for our little guy, and the outdoor area is perfect when the weather is nice. Animals, art, science, and water play - what could be better?

Really fun place to visit and great for children of all ages! We visited the science center the last day of our trip in Ithaca and couldn’t be happier. Our son got to touch lizards and snakes for the first time! All the facilities are very well maintained. Children gets to learn science in a fun way. Wish we had something similar in our area. Highly recommended!

This is an excellent place for kids to explore science and have fun while doing it. My 5 year old can easily spend 2 hours exploring and we go several times a month.

Awesome place I wish I live near to science center . It has activities from 1 year to 10 years kids ..You must go at least once and the wow thing is it's ticket too cheap only $8 . They have different ideas for kids to understand science even if your kids are young they will have at least fun and good time

Decided to come here while visiting Corning and wasn’t disappointed. The front desk staff were great. As members of the NY Hall of Science we have free access to a bunch of other places as well. Didn’t have our membership cards thinking we didn’t need them. Well the front desk said to call the hall of science, verify our membership, and pass the phone to them. After about 5 minutes they let us.

The place is fun for kids. It is a bit on the small side but there’s plenty of things to go for a couple of hours. There’s a live animal section (mainly reptiles, fish, and frogs). And there’s a section to touch starfish. The more interactive stuff is very kid friendly, especially for younger children.

We love it here, and drive from about an hour and a half away to visit a couple of times a year. Their exhibit area changes pretty frequently, which is neat — but they also have spaces that haven’t changed in the eight years we’ve been going that are still well maintained and are favorites of my kiddos. The staff is friendly and helpful. A typical visit for us lasts about two hours. We could probably stretch it out more…

The museum is also a member of ASTC — if you have a membership to a science museum that participated in the program, you might get free admission.

This is a great place for kids to participate in hands on science learning. Our kiddos have enjoyed visiting from the ages of 2-12 (with peak enjoyment seeming to fall between 4-8). There are designated areas for younger explorers. We try to visit around lunch time and early afternoon and usually find the space to have enough other visitors for our kids to enjoy talking with, but not so many visitors that exhibits and spaces are overwhelmed.

Its a great place with both indoor and outdoor games and learning. The place has grown onto our kido and has been his favorite place. A nice place for toddlers and kids of all ages!

I've enjoyed coming here since I was a kid, and it's fun to come back and see the new exhibits. I'm so glad the ball machine is still running! We had fun making lots of bubbles outside. Be sure to ask about a free museum membership if you have a benefits card. It's a great opportunity to make the museum possible for low- resourced families.

A family can easily spend many hours here, even without a round of mini golf. For less than the price of movie tickets, we got hours of educational play. We loved the How Toys Work exhibit, the water play, and the submarine. Oh and the musical stairs!
