Friendly and fast. If you want the most efficient pharmacy around, go here. I have never had difficulty with orders not being filled or getting something wrong. There's nothing worse than being sick and then dragging yourself to the pharmacy only to have them tell you it's not ready. Hometown knows how important it is to limit people waiting and get the order right. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Great service from a great staff. Has that personal feel that is missing from the big chain pharmacies. Our insurance requires us to use a big chain pharmacy and I hate it. I truly wish I could use Hometown for everything but until I can, I will fill prescriptions there for my pets and dream of a day when I can have that individual service and community feel. A girl can dream.

Best pharmacy I've ever been to. They are extremely helpful, patient and willing to go the extra mile for you. It's small as well, so there's usually very little to no wait. Highly recommend using this pharmacy for your prescription needs.

I LOVE this pharmacy! I have been in there 3 times and have had wonderful interactions with them.
The first time, I was bringing a new expensive prescription and the person behind the counter helped me find a discount coupon for my part of the co-pay.

Yesterday, the owner, came out from behind the counter and spent time explaining to me some details about a different prescription that was super helpful.

And a PERSON answers the phone when you call!

My daughter has type 1 diabetes, which requires insulin as well as many medical supplies. We switched to Home Town Pharmacy about 2 years ago, due to poor service and frustration from a big name pharmacy. We are completely satisfied with the knowledge, professionalism, and care we experience using Home Town Pharmacy. The pharmacist goes beyond any medical professional we have worked with to make sure our family's prescription and health care needs are met. He will deliver and even has gone into the store outside of regular hours during an emergency so we could get the medication we needed. I cannot say enough good things about the pharmacist and his staff!

This is hands down the best pharmacy I have ever used. The staff are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They even call to check if I need a refill if I forgot to do so myself. I absolutely love this pharmacy. The pharmacist, Ashish Patel, is knowledgeable, caring, and remembers his clients. He and his staff always ensure that I don't have any questions about any of my family's medications and takes into consideration what other medications one of is on when filling a new prescription. The service is always fast and friendly, and you can find great prices on the drug store items carried in the store. I started going to this pharmacy when I lived nearby in Beavercreek, but even though I now live about 20 minutes away I still go to this pharmacy.

I will always remember how Mr. Patel helped me after my son was born. Since we were in a hurry to get home from the hospital and the roads were still messy with snow, we tried to stop at another pharmacy that was directly on the way home to fill my required prescriptions. Turned out that pharmacy did not take our insurance, so we drove home to get our infant safe into the house. Mr. Patel then drove all the way out to our house on those messy roads to deliver my medications that evening. You'll never see such caring or such great service at any of those other big-chain pharmacies!

Staff here is always helpful coordinating with my insurance. Prices are comparable with other pharmacies in my area. I like buying from a smaller company instead of a huge corporation.

Terrific pharmacy! Ashish Patel is very caring and knows his customers by name. He and his staff are always looking for ways to show their customers that they truly care for their health.

Also, the Hometown Pharmacy prices and especially Hometown Pharmacy brand prices are very good - better than Walgreens brand and CVS brand prices, and equal or better product.

It's important that your doctor knows who you are and what your medical situation is. What I didn't realize for a while is the advantage it is for you to have the same rapport with your pharmacist.
