After negotiations I was paid a good price for my car. Any questions I had were answered and responded to right away. He went above and beyond helping me call my bank to verify the funds on the check were available before handing over the keys and that the funds would clear right away which they did. I contacted James to pick up a car from my home. From the beginning he was extremely responsive calling us back immediately. He offered us a decent price and made arranging pick up simple. If I text him with any questions, again he responded immediately. Our neighbor ended up offering to buy the car from us literally as the truck was on its way to pick up the car from us. Austin is very knowledgeable and because we had a performance car, he knew all the "mods" that we had on it and took it into consideration. Great bunch of guys in the shop.
