Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Love this bank I will never change they are great for spotting a scam thanks so much

I have always found the staff courteous and professional in every respect. I have never had a problem getting answers from the staff.

Long waits for cashing checks, won't accept checks if there's a letter missing. Wouldn't recommend banking here.

I have never had a problem with the staff. They have always been friendly and ready to help. HOWEVER! This location is consistently understaffed, usually with only 1 teller available even at the busiest times. On multiple occasions, myself and others had to wait 30 minutes to an hour to conduct our business.

Made an appt for 1130 on a Sat to close out my Dad's account and transfer things over to my Mom after his passing. Drove 70 miles (one of the nearest branches) only to receive a text message at 1117 as I pulled into their parking lot stating they had a temporary location closure. I'm assuming it was for the snow storm the night before. Just wish we could've received a call earlier in the morning prior to embarking out on the 1hr 20 min drive (double that for return trip). Frustrating when you drive that far and arrive on time only to receive an impersonal text message cancellation minutes before.

Super slow, no customer service and people pretend not to see you.

This is the worst Bank of America to use! They are always busy, and only have 1 teller working! I’ve been waiting in line for 20 minutes while I have seen 4 other employees walking around doing nothing

Worst banking experience here- from the teller (Muhammad) to the manager (Alex) treat loyal, life long members like criminals. They are unprofessional and lack basic decency. Makes you strongly reconsider the company you’re banking with. Would give them a zero if I could.

The attitude at the Altamont B of A in general is quite aloof related to Customer Service. As a Premier client, I simply stopped in to fax some loan documents and while two people stood in the lobby doing nothing, they had me wait behind a line of people who were needing time consuming services like loan applications and opening accounts,etc. Apparently only the loan officers are qualified to fax. I was so frustrated I left and went to another branch down the street where the teller immediately faxed my documents and I was out of there in about three minutes.

Bank of America has always given me problems during our interactions. Made me DEFINITELY NOT consider banking with them or telling anyone else to.

Absolutely awful service. Just called 6 times in a row with no answer, plus every time you call you have to wait for the automated answering machine to speak Spanish. Thought it was bank of AMERICA not bank of Mexico. Shitty service 5/5 would not reccommend this bank to anybody

Horrible service, rude tellers whom can’t do a simple transaction, lines are long , faulty atm , just closed my account due to poor customer service at this altamont Ave location

Please be aware this ATM at Bank of America dispenses fake bank notes. The branch refuses to replace the fake bank notes.

Every time I come in to make a deposit there is always a huge line, and no one or only one person working the counter!
