I purchased an Xbox 1 Terabyte system that they price matched and suggested to use my points. I got this for a crazy low price and couldn’t refuse not to buy it. Will always go here to purchase all of my gaming needs.

Drove from Poughkeepsie for a Star Wars figure that this store had. It was there & I had a great experience with Jerome & Trav! I will absolutely stop in next time I’m in the neighborhood.

Very knowledgeable staff, plus the day I went they had a table with many items at 75% off which included lots of cool things that I ended up buying and paid less than $10 for all as well as a shirt that was only $10, actually most of the $20 shirts were half price that day so that was a great deal alone, left the store very satisfied with more than what I went in for at a great discount.

The clerk wasn't able to help me sell my old Wii there but recommended a place that could and did! Extremely helpful, and I saw her ho out if her way to help other customers as well!

Jonathan was amazing! He helped me answer all my questions with my new switch and he even helped me install the screen protector! Everyone was so nice in the store and it was a great experience.

I have never gone to this GameStop before. However, it had a lot of copies of a game my son wanted for his birthday so we took a trip there. There was a mix up with my purchase and after another trip to the store I was pleased on how the management and store representative Erin handled the error. It was the night of my sons birthday and the representative understood my frustration about having to return to the store to handle an error that wasn’t on my part. Erin handled my situation with kindness. She was able to resolve my situation with the help of the store manager and even gave my birthday son, and my other two sons a stuffed animal. She is no way had to do this as I would of been as happy with just getting the error resolved. Erin went above and beyond to make sure not only I but my entire family left the store happy. It’s not every day that you see an employee go out of their way for a mistake that wasn’t even theirs. Even though we don’t go to Gamestop often, this will definitely be our family’s store of choice.

I've become so used to buying products online, i forgot how valuable human guidance can be. The woman that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and even with a full store was patient where I never felt rushed. Went in to return an overpriced controller that malfunctioned within first week and left with an amazing headset, higher quality controller, also, some accessories for the same price as the scuf. From now on, ill use gamestop for my gaming needs. Many thanks

Better than Cross gates mall..

They always try to get you to preorder something but they are not pushy about it. I like the staff here. GameStop in general used to be really bad with pushy sales tactics but they've definitely toned it down over the years. Good place to pick up used games to save some money or buy whatever is just coming out.
