What stores becoming fulfillment centers you lose a lot of visibility on variety of products. If they've got it on the website and you'd really like to see it in person or have a physical person you could ask questions to you should go to the fulfillment center. There are a ton of actual people actually working that would be able to answer all the questions

Great customer service. I met a black who works at the home appliances department, he took his time to give every detail he knows about their products and offered good recommendations. He is an excellent person. I wish I know his name to recommend him to his managers.

Ordered a new gaming monitor for curbside the other day. Gentleman who brought it out was super friendly and made sure it was secure in my back seat so it didn’t get damaged. I believe his name was Alex- shoutout to him for great customer service skills!

Me and my mother went in for some last minute Christmas shopping and the customer service was great! Not only did the employee Eulice help us understand which PC would be best for our needs, he also went the extra step and helped make sure we would get products that would be delivered before Christmas Day.

Customer service team was real great, guy with the lip piercings automatically looked up discounts across other companies to see if he could find me any discounts before ringing me up. That is phenomenal service!

My Husband and I received visited Best Buy Reynoldsburg and purchased a Washing Machine. I had such a great experience during this transaction, from the Salesperson to the Store Manager. We waited for our son to come with he pick up truck outside the store, and the Store Manager noticed us, and asked us to come back in the air condition, he provided us seating and gave a drink. He was very attentive to us and many other customers. Thank you Best Buy for your kindness. We will be back.

I love Best Buy. I can always find everything I need. The service is great as well. There is social distancing enforced as well. When I came here on Friday 2-26-2021 I had to wait in a short line for less than 5 minutes. I had a great shopping experience at Best Buy.

It's a good customer service you guys should check it out they're really helpful to their customers if you're trying to buy some electronics go to this location or website it's a great place to shop for electronic.

Dryer died day ofter Thanksgiving and was able to get a new washer dryer set purchased and to be delivered in less than months like other retailers. Plus it was cheaper than the first set ordered somewhere else that got an email that delivery pushed from 12.12 to 2.11.

I had a fantastic buying experience today at Best Buy Reynoldsburg. I was in a business time crunch because my laptop died. I went in and met Kyle. He made finding a replacement easy. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I usually buy on line but had no time to spare. He made the process smooth. I recommend Kyle. He will be my guy before buying online. Thanks Kyle!!!!

Had my cars radio installation done at best buys geek squad and they did an amazing job to say the least and it took less time.

Great service! We thought that they were open until 9 and arrived 5 minutes before close. They didn't rush us whatsoever and went out of the way to be helpful and attentive to our electronic questions. We purchased a new inexpensive TV with a service contract and were in and out under 20 minutes. Thanks, Best Buy staff, for helping us.

Went to pick up a curbside order. Was really quick, only waited for about 2 min.!

My appliance journey started in Dec and final delivery was April 15th. Sadly, in this day/time purchasing big ticket items involves a wait. I cannot give an honest review of my units yet, but wanted to note the excellent customer service provided by Nikki and Sherik. Their knowledge of product brands, appliance packaging and consideration for my budget was invaluable. The upfront transparency of the process esp. delivery dates allowed my expectations to be realistic. They maintained professionalism and respect throughout our communications. Thank you both for the "OUTSTANDING" customer service you exceeded my expectations.

Great customer service and the prices weren't as outrageous as I was expecting

Went in to see someone with the Geek Squad and she was supremely helpful! They checked out my laptop and discovered that my battery was no longer good. My appreciation goes out to them. I will definitely be back to have the new battery installed by them.

Good Best Buy location with friendly staff. Be warned this is one of their smaller stores so selection can be limited. They still stock nearly everything as a large Best Buy store, but sometimes the depth of product variety isn’t the best.

Always enjoy their price matching. The Geek Squad is worth their weight in gold. The store is always very well maintained and customer service is through the roof.
