Waterway Carwash

Suburb location with covered / inside place to vacuum and clean your vehicle. This car wash is always clean. The bathrooms on location is also always clean. The employees smile and appear to be in a happy and helping mood. I like that the have vending for cleaning products and snacks. They have the option to clean the outside and YOU clean the inside yourself. Or they will clean the insides for you. Not sure of the costs for this option. We will continue to use this location.

Yes! Awesome spot. The interior packages which include outdoor car wash are $28 or $45 and they got me in same day on a Sunday. 2 guys did it and it took about 15-20 mins maybe! It also includes the trunk if you want. My exterior has never looked so good. Notes- you have to remove your belongings first I believe, they don’t touch your personal items. It’s a big indoor place and you can go and vacuum yourself in an indoor setting! Lots of spaces to do that. That is free with a car wash.
They don’t shampoo anything FYI so don’t expect them to fix stains.
Notes-The seating/waiting area could have been a little more comfy. I paid $45 and they did a good job but I did notice a few missed things including a bit of dog hair but overall looks good.
If you are cleaning alone they have rags in a vending machine and once you buy one it’s essentially unlimited refills, if I understood correct.

GM Taz here is the man. Super friendly and helpful. I had a commercial van and had him and his team clean out the front cabin only and it looked like it just came off the lot in about 15 minutes. Very accommodating and didn’t overcharge me

Very nice car wash. They have two lanes and employees actually standing to swipe you card for you. The indoor vacuum area is very nice for cold and rainy days. Was completely packed in the middle of the day on a Tuesday

I fell in love with this car wash back in the spring and I haven't stopped going since! Decided to get a membership and it's so worth it! This location is better and bigger than the South Euclid location. I love the fact that the free vacuums exist. There's mat holders and cleaners too. Restroom on site. Vending machines. And you can pay about $25 to get your interior cleaned if you're not the DIY type. The only con I've discovered is that the right car wash doesn't clean like the left side. There's always soap left behind or a spot or 2 left behind. Not sure why but just an observation. Not enough to take a star away though 🙂

Staff was super friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. I got the express car wash and interior detail for $35. I went to the store next door while I waited. Took about 20 minutes. Car was spotless! They even cleaned my trunk! Will be back!

I come all the way from Garfield heights 😀 just to get the best and yet cheapest, unscratched car wash. I will say that their vacuums are not that great but I am sure they will get a chance to upgrade

I love the monthly subscription plan and the car wash is clean & efficient. The staff are helpful, if your not satisfied you get a rewash.

Everyone there are always very helpful kind and always asking if everything is okay or if we need anything.i never experienced a car wash like Waterway before.and I absolutely love the inside garage where we could dry and vacuum our vehicles without freezing in the winter.Waterway is very good for the City of Cleveland ‼💕

Very friendly and well kept, they are now offering internal vacuuming for 27 dollars and well worth the money. They did an awesome job especially since I am a disabled Veteran they were very nice and helpful 👍

Cheapest wash is $6. Wash is fast and efficient. Of course it's a brush wash which for my old car is fine. Employee at the entrance was friendly. I would come here again.

Excellent prices, good service, FREE vacuums inside and out, and they have a vending machine with all the car things you could need ( air fresheners, microfiber detailing rags, etc.) If you care about your car, take it here!

I take my car to this wash about every week. Love this place! The prices are pretty reasonable for what you get. Surprisingly, my car comes out very clean compared to some of these other car washes. I love the fact that there is an indoor spot where you can wipe your car off and vacuum.

Did the basic wash today and after getting out to vacuum my interior I noticed that the plastic piece on my drivers door handle came off in the wash (it can be taken off with some force to be able to access the manual lock). I went up to one of the employees outside and he was SO helpful and went in to find it. Came out and made sure I was able to get it back on. Also, the wash made my car looks great. Thank you to the young man for being so helpful! Wish I would have gotten his name so I could shout him out.
