Menards

Asked for help in the electrical department. Once an associate got to me he was super helpful. Gave me very good ideas to complete my project. I would definitely go back.

Menards has become my go to place for home improvement items. I still shop at the other big stores, but usually give Menards my business unless they simply don't have what I need. Their prices are better, their selection is bigger, and their staff is friendlier and more helpful. I also appreciate the fact that they do not provide self checkout at all.

Great store to shop for your home improvement needs. Sales flyers has great deals and you always save 11% with rebates. I saved so much by shopping here and not Lowes and Home Depot. Mostly friendly employees, easy to find item in their store with their app. Sometime they even have grocery and cosmetic items on sale. I love shopping here and pickup all the bargains. I just picked up mulch for $2 a bag. check it out.

I Love this Place! Working with Steve in Shipping and Receiving was such a pleasant experience. This morning I called 35 minutes before the store opened, just on a chance someone might answer... Paul answered the phone!! and was so pleasant. You just do not get this welcome feeling from other stores, at least I have not experienced it anywhere else. I hope management appreciates the team they have here.

I was looking for a type of kitchen storage and couldn't find what I was looking for. As I was wandering around looking perplexed, one of their employees asked me if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for, and he began to search for me. Another store employee came by and the first asked if he was familiar with what I was looking for. He went immediately to a storage section that should have had what I wanted. He checked every section and found they do not carry what I was looking for. He was amazed and said he could not believe that they did not carry it. The two employees were super nice and went over and above to try and help me. I sincerely appreciate their effort. It made me appreciate the store more for hiring these kind people.

I called the Loveland menards before coming in, to confirm the item I was looking for was in stock. They had 3 of the items I was looking for. I drive 30 minutes and when I got there, the item I was looking for was not on the shelf. The gentleman working nearby used the radio and found someone who could help more. Stacey came to help as soon as she clocked in. She involved a few more employees to join the hunt. The shelf was not in the correct place, or in receiving. She spent at least a half hour looking high and low. Got a gentleman on a forklift searching the outside area. With the awesome help from Stacey and the other 5 employees, I walked out with the item I needed. I was directed to the pick up area out back, where the younger guy helped load my big heavy item into my car.

Kudos to these awesome employees who were determined to get me taken care of. Ill definitely be back in the future.

Just returned home from Menards and wanted to give a shout out to Chuck in the lumber department. We were working on deck Design and he was very helpful. He helped us with our design, showed us the different material options and the delivery timeline. Answered all of our many questions.So impressed with the customer service we received.

Was looking online for a deep freezer and seen that you all had them and I called an talk to a lady named amber ( I can’t remember her whole name) she was amazing. Very helpful and her customer services was beyond amazing. She help me get the correct item and was quick and fast. And Steve down in the customer service department for pickup was amazing as well. Thank you all again. I will be back to spend more money with you all even if I don’t need the items. Thank you, thank you

The best home improvement and hardware store in the industry. Home Depot and Lowes do not compare. Unmatched selection, store organization, and helpful staff. My favorite location.

This is my favorite Menards. Tony runs a great store. Staff is always willing to help. And always easy to find!

Much like the ads state, you can save big money Menards. Friendly, helpful staff and strange but interesting variety of products to buy. It's basically Home Depot meets Big Lotts with a dash of garage sale.

My husband and I were looking at ladders, they had a nice selection at good prices, many on sale. A young man on a forklift stopped to see if we had any questions, he was very helpful, when he answered all are questions he gave us space to decide, let us know he would be available if we needed anything.

We walked in and was greeted immediately! Got help in the appliance dept, too! We were looking at holiday candles and was greeted there, as well! Even suggested other candles in the regular candle section! At checkout, the young man was friendly and Thanked us for shopping at Menard's!
This never happens at Lowe's or Home Depot! We were greatly appreciative and impressed!

Been shopping here for yrs, the outdoor lumber yard is great!! I can load my supplies on my own and be back to the jobsite fast, very convenient!! Very clean!!

Wide variety of merchandise. Prices are very reasonable. Helpful staff around every corner. Online pick up is extremely easy and Abigail at security gate was a pleasure to work with. Keep up the GREAT work
