My battery died and I took it in here to charge it for free (which is way cool). After two hours charging though, it wasn't gaining power and I was afraid I'd have to buy a new one. But they were very helpful, they suggested I leave it overnight to charge so I did. Sure enough, the next night I picked it up no problem. They were all very nice, helpful, and professional. I was pleasantly surprised at their good attitudes about when they close- a lot of people don't want customers right before they close, but these guys were way nice. It was refreshing!

Raul went above and beyond in assisting me in the rain. I could've done it but Raul did it faster and without breaking anything like I would've. 🙌🙌

My Daughter works at Auto Zone. She loves her employment and works hard as both a manager and Single mom. Anytime her own vehicle needs any kind of work she orders the parts through AutoZone and then if she isn't able to do the needed work herself she takes the parts to a shop. The knowledge and skills she and the majority of her associates show is impressive.

Walked in just yesterday in need of oil for the car. The guy looked up the car and found the right oil. I was in and out very quickly.

Raul was the best. He helped me pick out windshield wipers and wiper fluid. Then helped me install them. He went above and beyond and helped me change to my new license plates. I love this store. I have always had amazing help here.

Went in today to get new wipers was greeted by a JB he assisted me he was very professional and friendly there was a great deal going on today that he offered me and installed them for me. Very nice gentleman. I would recommend going into this location

I went in to Autozone tonight because my friend had a broken headlight. High beams? Low beams? I don’t know the difference. Lilith helped me and even came outside to see what the problem was. She explained what was wrong, helped me find what I needed and explained the differences between the products. As if that weren’t enough, she also helped me change the headlight. She was so kind, patient and didn’t make me feel stupid. 10/10 experience. She is truly an Angel among us and deserves a raise!

I went to Autozone after being pulled over in a friend’s car for the license plate lights being out. I got in line and Troy J called me to the counter. He helped me find the number of the bulbs I needed and then explained the difference in the bulbs that were offered. I bought the bulbs then he even put them in. Overall this was the best customer service I’ve ever had at Autozone. It was a really good reminder that we still have sessions kind people in the world!! Thank you Troy J!!!

So nice. Even though it was really busy, I was desperate for a new battery and Jesus saved the day. He found me a reasonably priced battery and installed it for me, no charge. Jesus really does save us.

My battery died and Raul Gomez helped me out. He changed my battery quickly and was very pleasant. Highly recommend!

The people who work here are awesome and always have been very helpful with anything I need help with like putting in new headlight bulbs, brake lights, windshield wipers etc. Great place with friendly helpful staff!👍

Sebastian is responsible for this 5 star review , he answered my question about the receipt policies simply and to the point after I asked the assist. Manager with the Dread's the very same question and he got rude with me... As soon as I walked away this same assist. Manager said something g to another emoyee And both boys laughed... Very unprofessional... Sebastian was VERY PR8FESSIONAL👏

Jose was great real fast real professional and gave me the best deal I could get nothing but a good help.

After dealing with accusations of returning a used part (which I received it that way) to a different auto parts store, I came in to purchase the same part (actually new). The gentleman who helped me was absolutely awesome! He had a great attitude and a wonderful sense of humor, even though he was working passed the time he should have gone home. Must have been something in the air because everyone needed parts, the store was very busy. I will only ever go to this parts store when I’m in town now. Cudo’s to Auto Zone and their fantastic customer service!

I was stranded in the parking lot, the manager J Bravo changed my tire in the parking lot, I am forever grateful.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Keith O. who works at the Autozone located on 3750 S. State Street in South Salt Lake. Again that's Keith O. everyone!! He was such a great help and I was/am so incredibly thankful to have had his expertise. He was very kind and helpful! From the get go he greeted me politely, helped answer all of my questions, helped me weigh my options, and then supported all the decisions I made. He helped me test/ install both my start/stop and auxiliary batteries on my Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid, ultimately saving me hundreds of dollars!!! I highly recommend Keith O. and will definitely be coming to him as well as referring him to everyone I know from now on!!!
