Columbus VA Medical Center

I went with my step dad to his appt at the Columbus VA Medical Center yesterday and I was very impressed by everyone working/volunteering there. The people doing the Valet parking were so nice and accommodating. Monetary tips are not allowed but I left a box of homemade cookies instead. I loved how kind and patient the doctors/nurses and other personnel were with their veteran patients. Everyone was treated with the respect they rightfully deserve. As someone who has a lot of veteran family members, it was heartwarming to see. Thank you!

If it wasn't for the Columbus VA, I probably wouldn't be here! These people are excellent care givers. From the doctors, nurses, technicians and right on down the line, these people really do care and it shows!

I receive medical care in Marion Oh and in Columbus Oh and have been a healthcare professional for many years, also a Vet. I cannot say enough good regarding these two facilities and the care i have gotten. To often, all people hear is the negative rather than thanks. So, thank you.

I've been going to the VA for 15 ish years and always great service. It seems to get better every year. Today, I had an issue with billing from a 3rd party, called the VA and Shanda from billing handled it quickly and relieved all my worries with one call. Zero complaints from me.

The officers were very helpful and assertive. However, Teresa White (Physical Therapist) was very understanding allowing the Veteran to express his abilities and inabilities through therapy as she explaining the options open to him with care.

Exceptional care and holistic approach, but with any program you have to be responsible for your own destiny and outcomes. I chose the VA for my PT rehab after back surgery and now will choose them again for Cardio rehab. after triple bypass surgery.

My husband goes to the VA in Columbus at first when we started going there we had a doctor that we didn’t quite care for we change doctors to Dr. Dobb who is a wonderful doctor does everything she can for her patients couldn’t ask for better chance thank you

Dr. Dabb and nurse Nicole hunt in orange team have absolutely been amazing. Very caring and thoughtful.

All the Employees are exceptionally good and nice. And the veterans are super nice too.

Came in urgent care for ear infection was in and out in ten minutes. I've never had a negative experience at this va.
