I wholeheartedly recommend Gina Dubell-Smith and the Designed2Sell team in Loveland, Ohio. I am from another state, and was looking for a realtor to handle the sale of my mothers property. I wasn't sure how complicated or cumbersome it would be to do a lot of this long distance. From my first phone call to the office, Gina and her team were lovely - helpful, responsive, thorough, professional, and so easy to work with. We were able to meet the team in person, and also worked with them long distance. I primarily worked with Gina and Claire. They handled every aspect of the preparation and sale of the property, including advising me and my mother through the entire process. Gina's knowledge of the area and her experience were a perfect fit for us. Claire was always helpful, responsive and friendly, whether she was providing information or asking me for some. With so many changes going on, Gina and her team made this property sale/process as painless as possible. I can't thank them enough for their assistance and service provided to me and my mom.

Gina and her team were fantastic to work with. She had our farm listed and when the appraisal came in well short of the selling price, Gina fought by providing correct, accurate comps to the appraiser to get an accurate appraisal that met the sales price.
