This past fall, I purchased my first house.

I have to admit that I was not fully aware of all the steps of that long and stressful process. Luckily, I had a great professional, Nataliya Wachs, by my side who guided me through it. Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not easy. My stresses were high as options were limited, and the time frame dictated its own rules.
