It seems that if the sales items are not in stock, your problem should be with corporate. I shop quite frequently and never had issues. The staff is doing the best they can with what they have to work with.
Regarding shopping carts, perhaps if people stop stealing them it wouldn't be an issue. I've seen the carts all over town. I've even walked one over from a side street.

First time in there. Was looking for headphones and they had several different kinds at great prices. Was like the 5 below store but with more items. I didn't stay to check everything out but will post more next time I go in. The name is a bit deceiving tho as it's not an all for a dollar tho.

Wide variety of items at decent prices. The store is clean and well here are organized. Employees are all very nice and helpful.

My gf took me here and I got lost in this store. I could've spent an hour here but we had a short 15 minutes. I bought some odd things you wouldn't find elsewhere and I am pleased w my purchases.
