25 years ago you preserved my wedding dress and veil.
I opened it in October to secure some beads for my oldest daughter who was getting married at Christmas time.
I delighted (and cried joyfully) that you took such great care handling and preserving it so perfectly. The dress and veil were spotless and placed in the box just as I'd hoped.

These people are the best in the business! I was doing a move and had dropped off some items. An entire year passed...they called me to remind me I had two blankets and a suit ready for pick up. Such kind people. This place has been around my whole life.

The dry cleaners had my drapes for 2 weeks initially. I called to let them know that I needed them and they were suppose to put a rush on them. Well it took another 6 days until they were finished! No rush whatsoever! When we dropped the drapes off, we were told it could be up to $16.00 per panel. When we picked them up, we were told we got a discount but our bill was still outrageous! When I called about the price, the young girl said she checked with her dad, and each panel was $18.00! She said she made a mistake with the quote but how is that my problem? They should have honored the price that was quoted to me! I told her I could have went anywhere and had it cheaper and quicker. Her response was “then do it” and hung up! They are very unprofessional and have no sense of urgency whatsoever! Don’t waste your time! This place is not worth it!

I have been charged different prices for one blanket for months. The young girl working has charged me from 20-40$ for the same item.

The long haired boy at night should be working in the back not allowed to greet customers hurts their business !!!!
