Olde Towne Apartments

I have been visiting this property for years. It is always very clean, tidy and well maintained. In the summer months, the landscaping is very beautiful and refreshing. The office staff have always been very helpful and pleasant. The pool area is well maintained and beautiful.

Nicole is so very sweet to talk to and very informative. Cant wait for my tour and hopefully call Olde Town Apartments my home.

Fair.... Understanding...

We lived here for two years and felt they were "okay" apartments. The price was high given the lack of any interior upgrades and routine maintenance.

The basement walls would routinely leak during rainstorms and lead to mildew issues over time.

We discovered our HVAC vents were caked with dust from previous tenants. When we asked about having them cleaned, we were told they don't clean them because it is "ineffective and costly".

We also had a roof leak that was acknowledged but not addressed for 3-4 months because it wasn't "in the budget". During this time, we had to keep a bucket on the floor to keep the carpet dry in one spot.

In our two years, they had three different maintenance employees which resulted in inconsistent response times and repair quality.

One winter, their plow service pushed a pile of snow directly in front of one of our vehicles, with some siting on the hood of the car. It took a few hours to clear the frozen mound enough to go anywhere.

There will be notable temperature difference between the 1st and 2nd floor, especially in the hot summer months. If you attempt to install a window A/C unit, they will ask you to remove it because they don't like the look from the outside.

Decent place to live. I gave two stars because the basements leak ALOT and they claim they cant be fixed when someone is living in the apartment.

I have tried reaching someone by phone twice and email and have not heard from anyone.
