Fantastic customer experience. Went in thinking I'd be screwed over because I dropped my never used laptop 4 days before school started with no warranty. They gave me a new one and a pen at a discounted price. Very friendly, very understanding, and it's like the staff are just family, they seem to love there jobs and have fun with each other. Quick service as well, could not recommend enough.

Make sure you make an appointment if you need to have something fixed or training. But very knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. Been an Apple guy for years but Microsoft's service and newest hardware sold me. Definitely worth a look

At 6pm my computer screen started having a hardware issue. By 6:30 we were fortunate enough to be in the Microsoft store in Easton and were immediately helped. We figured out the issue and since my warranty wasn't up yet we decided to swap out the computer for a new one. The two associates that were helping me were so awesome at informing and helping me choose which laptop to switch mine out with. We decided on a super cool one that both employees recommended, and went right into switching over the warranty. They pulled some strings and made it to where the warranty for the new computer cheaper than what I would have been paying originally. I recommend this store to anyone, no matter the issue, big or small. 10/10

Great store! I missed the free windows 10 upgrade after July 2016, and I decided to purchase a Windows 10 Pro license from the Microsoft Store. The associates were very knowledgeable, helpful, and knew exactly what I needed. They even offered to install it for me, but I didn't need them to install Windows 10 Pro since I'm in the tech industry and know what I'm doing.

I damaged my computer (which I use daily for work) and decided to make the trip to Columbus to go to the Microsoft Store in hopes of getting my Surface Book repaired more quickly than it would be if I mailed it out. After getting there, I realized that I couldn't find my original receipt in my email and it wasn't coming up on my Microsoft account. It took a few minutes and some digging, but the staff was a great help and went way above and beyond, going as far as to hook me up with a scratch-and-dent newer model after we could verify that I was still under warranty. What I thought was going to be a stressful, expensive day worked out better than I even considered. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Such a great experience! After 2 frustrating days trying the HP and Microsoft help lines (both told me I'd have to wipe my computer and lose everything), I took my laptop into the Microsoft Store. They helped me right away. Erik Shane was able to get me into my computer and recover almost everything. No charge for the service. No pressure to buy anything. I didn't even buy my laptop there. Thank you, Erik!

I've been to the store a few times since it has opened. Each time I've been in the customer service has been excellent. No matter if I am in to shop, for service or anything else the attention to detail and customer service are top notch.

If you're looking for a new computer, the Microsoft Store offers Signature PCs from other brands which come without all of the bloatware that the manufacturers tend to install on PCs you might buy at big box stores.

Clean store with a ton of product availability. It's great to be able to actually hold and look at things before buying them. The prices, from what I can see, are comparable to online prices. Staff was very friendly and willing to discuss product specs and costs freely.

Very knowledge team members were more then willing to help without being overbearing in their questions for us. Offended complimentary water and tea while we waited for a service appointment. Would highly recommend over any of the online service options.

Best customer service by Nathan, he went above and beyond , i was surprised how he took ownership of the business and gave excellent customer service, i will highly recommend this store, he fixed few issues with my operating system, showed me what windows 10 has to offer, and many more useful applications, i spent more than an hour and learned few things , thank you microsoft. you can attend small educational classes, and they offer complimentary drinks !!!! great overall experience

A non pressuring environment where the employees are professional, but still personable and attentive. If you want to try out some awesome Windows products or just want advice or help around the mall, this is a great store to stop into.

Didn't buy anything, but amazing customer service. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Showed my kids some video games and allowed them to play while answering any of my questions about the new PC's and didn't try a single time to get me to buy anything.

After coming several times to check out the new Xbox Slim and trying out the new Oculus VR, I finally decided to buy myself the Xbox One S of 500GB. To my disappointment, the software took up 140GB of the space which left me very little space to download even a few games... Fortunately I took the time to talk to Carolyn at the Microsoft Store. She let me know that I could exchange it for the 1 Terabyte model without any kind of problems. I went there and she let me know that they were offering this promotion that if you bought an Xbox one on that day they were going to give you a FREE 3 month Xbox Live card and a FREE GAME! That was all even though I had bought it another day. She was incredible and went above and beyond to achieve the best customer service I have received in a long time. Furthermore, every single associate at that store is always extremely knowledgeable and extremely friendly towards anyone that walks in the store. This store ranks the best store in my books and it is no surprise why I always see people in that store.

Got myself financed for a Microsoft Surfave Pro 6 here. Very easy to work with staff and on display is always the most up to date tech! Kid friendly store and staff!

Great staff. I walked in just to get the Apple store taste out of my mouth and ended up having a 30 minute conversation with a staff member about office 365. I will be purchasing soon.

Needed help with my x box, made an appointment, everyone was incredibly nice and helpful and attentive. Honestly everything I would want in a customer service experience and it was refreshing. Thank you!

Played some Fortnite on the computers in the back. They said it was gonna be a tournament, but wasn't very organized. It sounded like sometimes it's more structured, but this week was kinda off. Still had fun tho
