Matt & team did a great job fixing the deer strike damage on my Subaru Legacy. Other shops had weeks-long backups just to get started on the work, but Matt got us in quickly and finished the job in just a few days. He worked with us to ensure our insurance covered everything they should. The car is as good as new!

Had my front bumper replaced due to it being pulled away from the frame. Their estimate was lower than others (by $100-700), they got me in within 2 weeks of scheduling, and they finished on time within 4 days as planned. Really great experience and they did an excellent job.

Direct Collision has addressed issues with my RAV4 on two separate occasions (rear bumper replacement, replacing cracked hatch door hinge and faulty lift cylinder). With both experiences, the service has been excellent. The folks there are informative, communicative and respectful, they’re prompt, and the Techs do great work. Recently I had a deer hit my vehicle. Direct Collision got my car in ASAP, and I was able to pick it up before two other places told me they could schedule me for repairs. The staff was great from the first phone call to when I picked up the car. Great job, thank you!

Very happy with service. Everyone was very helpful. I received texts daily on the update repair of my car. My car was repaired 1 day earlier then I was told.

I think this place is great, no complaints. The people are all friendly and personable, with direct answers about how much it will cost (the fact that it is an estimate, not a final price). At the other places we went to, the people were shady in their responses and didn't want to ever say how much it was going to cost. Much appreciated! Also loved that there was coffee in the lounge.

They did very good quality work and kept me updated daily. I dropped my car off Monday and got it back Thursday! I was stressed out about my grandmother’s recent diagnosis with cancer and so many things going on at the time, but the staff at Collision One were friendly and professional and kind, regardless of my own personal issues I was handling that may have impacted my interpersonal skills :)

Matt & his team were nothing short of excellent during my experience with Collision Direct. I had difficulty finding a repair facility given the current state of availability and Matt was responsive and helpful from our initial conversation to the day I picked up my vehicle. I received up-to-date statuses via text, received courtesy calls when my vehicle was ready, and the work preformed met all expectations. My 9 y/o son even commented on how pleasant his brief experience which you don’t typically here when needing to drop a car off for repairs. Needless to say, highly recommend this crew and business.

From start to finish Direct Collision was great to work with regarding the repair to install a new rear bumper on my 2004 Lexus and with a quick turnaround time. Matt, the manager, formerly owned his own shop called Collision One for over 20 years so when I found out that he now managed Direct Collision it was a no brainer to have them do my repair work. I highly recommend them should you need body repair to your car.

I was in a minor car accident and was referred to Direct Collision. Matt and his team were amazing. I did not have car rental coverage on my policy and they worked with Enterprise who gave me a great deal ( they were amazing as well!) I would go back there if I ever need to. I highly recommend them for any of the services they offer.

Matt and his team at Collision One are awesome! They treat you like family. Our new car has had several mishaps over the last 2 years and they have been able to make it like new again each time. They are polite, professional and get the job done quickly. Highly recommended!
