TriHealth Clinic at Walgreens-Withamsville

When i went to the healthcare clinic today i was seen by Lisa Chapman and with her as my doctor today, i literally got the best and kindest person i could have asked for. She understood my issue immediately and helped me a GREAT DEAL when i told her i do not have insurance as i am not from the US. She did EVERYTHING to make sure it gets as cheap as possible for me and to make everything right. She did definitely not try to "sell" me any extra lab tests, additional medical costs or other. She did an amazing job, was very friendly and laid back. I am so thankful I met her and I would go to her ANY TIME again!! Can only recommend!!

Also: appointment scheduling online was easy and quick, had no wait time at all and could pretty much walk right in after i signed in at the computer in at the front desk.

I went in for a strep test. Not only was it super quick but Leah was wonderful!

Seen quickly, able to be tested and treated all in same visit. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

I like the doc but their billing department started calling me asking if i was going to pay my bill literally 3 days after i received it in the mail.

Stopped in and was entering my name when Bethany called me back so I thought great! 4:00 on Sunday afternoon and they aren’t busy. So she asked what was going on and my name and date of birth. I gave my name and DOB and all of a sudden she said to me, very rudely, you’re not my next patient! I’m booked up and you have to leave! I was stunned at how rudely she spoke to me. I haven’t been this sick in over 10 years. She said you can come back tomorrow. I was so upset at how rude she was and I said well hell, tomorrow I can see my own dr and left. I believe this is a training issue and she needs to be taught to ask first if someone has an appointment before bringing them back and tossing them out! I won’t be back to the Trihealth clinic in Withamsville. They don’t treat patients like that at Trihealth Priority care in Anderson!
