Phil and the crew are amazing. Having previously worked in pharmacy myself I like to believe I know good customer service when I see it and they are always incredible.

On 3-3-2020 a script that I had for many years at Kroger pharmacy Eastgate, which was free with a discount card, came up that I owed for it. I called Kroger only to be rudely treated on 3 different calls to get this straightened out. We have all our scripts at Walgreen's Pharmacy and this one was only at Kroger because it had been there forever and I never transferred it. After my aggravation with Kroger, I called Stephanie in the pharmacy at Walgreen's and explained what was going on. She said she would call and get info and get it transferred to their store. She did and even called me back to tell me there was not any issues and everything went through. Stephanie went above and beyond being outstanding and always offers great customer service and always makes me feel like we have know each other for years!! I love the staff/pharmacists at this Walgreens. Total customer service and friendly efficient staff.

I find the staff very polite and professional. They listen and attend to customers diligently without wasting time.
