10/10 experience. I have been to Taco Bell in many a state and rolled up here drunk (in the passenger seat) (don’t drink and drive) and was provided with the best customer service I have ever had at The Bell. The baddie with the long red hair who took my order was so nice and patient. Please pay her 150k a year so she can keep blessing poor drunk souls with her kindness during the wee hours of the morning.

This is a great location, never had any problems there and the food and service's always been good.

Ok taco bell changing my review. You guys are way better than you were. Drive thru moved quick, food was actually hot and chalupas weren't stale and just fell apart. they were really good. Been awhile since I've been back. Now dont let me down.

Absolutely the BEST taco bell I've ever been to- and I've been in 20+ states for work. The GM was on the line working alongside his peers, the entire crew was bustling and working happily. Everyone loved what they were doing and it showed. 10 stars for this team if I could 👏

I think the accuracy of my food has been much better than my rating a year or 2 ago. Good quality burrito rolls, food comes out nice and hot. Yeah the drive thru often gets backed up but I dont think they can help that. Popular place, short staffing, etc. Just be aware of it if you dont want to wait. The breakfast menu is really good too.

I just drove through the Taco Bell on Meadow St in Ithaca. I have never felt any desire to post a review for a fast food restaurant before. They are all fast food and typically nothing special as far as I am concerned. Today, the food is the same as always but the customer service was ridiculous, in a good way! The cashier name on my receipt is Mary. It is 12:38pm on 10/19/2020. I intended on giving feedback via the website on the back of the receipt, which I have also never done, but the feedback form requested the store number and I was unable to locate it. Mary needs to train your other employees who interact with the public. She is an asset.

By far, the best fast food in Ithaca! Food is fresh, and prepared to order. Staff is friendly and hard working, really appreciate the senior discount. One thing that would make my visit better would be if they had a paper menu at the counter in addition to the overhead one. As you get older, it is harder to read those elevated menus., so I sometimes have a hard time figuring out prices, etc. Overall, though, this place is great, love the breakfast menu, too.

It’s Taco Bell and the only one in town. Hours are reasonable — you won’t find 24-hour service here like in big cities — but hey it’s 11pm or later every day. Can’t complain. Food is prepared well and haven’t had an issue with wrong orders, etc.

Expect the usual college crowd lines on late weekend nights, sometimes really long. But staff has been nothing but friendly and efficient so I really can’t ask for more.

Rating is in comparison to other fast food options in the region.

This Taco Bell location is amazing! They are super fast and accurate with not only taking your order, but making sure it's made correctly as well. The staff is amazing and they put a smile on my face everyday.

The food is Taco Bell food. I like getting the black bean Crunchwrap. The staff is always super nice once one of them commented on how they liked my socks. Like it’s Taco Bell but it’s nice. I’ve been inside one time and I’m not sure why I made that decision just go through the drive through.

Always gets my order right when I order online, and they make it for the correct time. I will forever enjoy taco bell. Haters gonna hate, but I have my hater blockers on.
If you order online that will have it on the counter when you walk in. Good stuff.

I dropped off the car early this morning, to get inspected and was looking for a close place to get coffee and a bite to eat. Taco Bell was closest so I went, thinking that the coffee would be terrible, but their coffee is made per order and was delicious. Thanks for being convenient and the best fast food in town.

I love me some taco bell. Like who doesnt. The menu is ever changing, they have the classic craves, and the different hot sauces provide an array of different flavor combos. Ive never had an issue besides drive through being incredibly backed up. In turn this made me order more food lol.

TBell is the greatest fast-food on the planet. This location is no exception. Friendly staff, relatively clean dining space, and newly redone interior/drive-thru. First meal is solid. Fourth meal is even better. The Mobile App needs some work, the mobile ordering doesn't always work the smoothest. Other than that, I have no complaints.
