Kings Mills Bike Trail Access

This is a decent access point and parking spot for the Little Miami Scenic Trail. There are about 15-20 parking spots at this place. Cartridge Brewing is nearby to grab some decent food and drink before or after hitting the trail. The Lebanon detour of the trail is about 1 mile North/East from this point. There is also a trail path access that goes across the river onto another trail ( I have not visited yet).

Easy access from roundabout. Parking available. Spots look a little tight, but room if you park in center of spot. Would be nice to have trash bins for trail. No restrooms.

Very nice and long bike path. We'll worth it if you want to go for a nice ride.

Another great bike path in ohio. Lots of trail heads and places to get food and drink if desired. Shady most areas. I saw lots of deer today. I went from Cartridge brewery trail head to Morrow train station trail head. 15 miles round trip,couple of road crossings too.
Will be back!

Awsome bike path/trail...I spoke to an old timer that was stopped at a rest area, where I was searching for places to grab a drink and bite to eat, & I was pleased to learn that the trail is actually over 300 miles long and goes to Cincinnati by the river!
Great path, had a bit of leaves on it but it only added to the scenery. Dont ride with your mouth open because this is the country, you will eat a few bugs...lol
The path runs parallel to a small river, & has a few nature trails that intersect it. Great ride IMO.

Little Miami is such a great way to experience biking in groups. Hard to believe you can travel so far N and S in Ohio on rails to trails.

Love this trail, I regret that I didn’t hit it earlier.

New parking spots are way too narrow even if you're parked properly. A fair amount of people park on or over the lines, making the adjacent spot unusable.

People leave their trash on the ground at the trailhead, so there should be a trashcan there.

This was a great trailhead parking area for Little Miami Scenic Trail access, but it is currently under major construction. Additionally Cartridge Brewing across the street, while a very cool stop, has dozens of signs saying "No Bicycle Trailhead Parking - Violators Will Be Towed" stretching all over the property. So we bailed and went down to the next parking area at Hamilton Township Park off of Old 3C, across the street from The Monkey Bar & Grill and departed from there. Many brews on tap and good food afterwards at the Monkey Bar as well.

As of 5/22/2023 - The bike trail is closed North of the Peters Cartridge factory at Grandin Road. Bridge construction prevents access from parking lot to northbound trail. Monkey Bar to the south is currently closed due to a fire. Sorry for the bad news. Go to Ride With GPS for "Peters Cartridge bypass" for work around this area. This is apparently the Little Miami Scenic Trail becomes the Kings Mills Bike Trail.
