Loveland Hardware General Store

Do you know what makes this hardware store nice ? the fact that it’s connected to EADS and there’s a coffee shop also on the other side, so in essence, you get the benefit of outside decking, coffee, and hardware. And I’d love to say I was joking but it’s true. What’s nice about this particular spot is that it’s a cure and simple small town hardware shop that doesn’t feel commercial in a sense and that’s what makes it so lovely.

Man these guys went above and beyond helping me! I went in to grab a few things for my new job tomorrow, but I rode my bike (because my car is in the shop) and they macgyvered everything to my bike so I could ride it home to Milford! 10/10 service! Nicest people around! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nothing like the typical corporate trained, fake smiles, impatient, pushy,, resentful serve, passive aggressive"so called friendliness" you find everywhere else these days.

I had looked everywhere for Lestoil cleaner/degreaser, grocery stores hardware stores, walmart meijer all the big hardware lumber supply, didn't have it, several places told me it was no longer sold anywhere...

Just friendly mentioned how I missed lestoil at this little store and she found it for me and started stocking it!

I went to the Hardware General Store last year to purchase a new weed eater and was amazed how courteous and knowledgeable the salesman was. This year I needed a new chainsaw and again the salesman was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable.

Truly one of Loveland’s hidden gems! I stop by about once per month to buy dog/cat food, and always have a pleasant experience! I’m always blown away when the gentleman who works there offers to take my bags out to my car. The great customer service is what keeps us coming back!

Loveland Hardware employees are always very freindly, eager to help and knowledgable. They provided me outstanding service whether getting a key made, picking up plants, looking for a screw or having my Stihl blower and edger serviced.

It's a pleasure to have such a great group of people just down the road. Quite the opposite of the experiance at the big box chains (Home Depot, Lowes). And what they don't stock they can typically order.

Nothing like having a friendly local hardware store with knowledgeable folks to assist you in your purchase process. I ended up purchasing a Stihl pole pruner from Loveland Hardware Store. The HT101 was all put together when I arrived to pick the Stihl unit up. I was impressed by the fact that one of the sales people took the time to walk me through how to take the unit apart as well as going outside and starting the pruner as well as letting me start it up as well. And then I was walked thru all the details of properly taking care of this unit. Nice !!!

It's certainly a pleasure doing business with a company that takes pride in the products that they carry as well as taking the time to make sure that you, the customer, are totally satisfied with your purchase. And yes I would have paid more for this kind of service. But I did not need to.

Don't let the size fool you. Great selection of hardware with helpful employees. Prices on par with other hardware stores. My cats love the Dr. Gary's cat food.

Great place. Great people. As easy as it is to just head to a big box store, THIS little gem is where we will be getting all of our hardware, gardening and general fixin' up stuff. They even have a little grocery!

This place is so awesome and the staff there are great! The have a great assortment of bottled beverages, hand made items and just great atmosphere! Everyone should check this place out.
