What a cute coffee shop! They have a take-out window too if you just want something to-go, or sit inside or on their patio. I had an oat milk chai latte and it was super good! Didn't try anything to eat, but everything looked amazing. Highly recommend!

Super cute & delicious! The staff is friendly and helpful. We got the Bike Trail Latte with Oat Milk. It’s a chocolate & caramel combo that hit the spot — not too sweet. We also had a cranberry scone..not perhaps the best I’ve had, but enjoyed it.

I went here today and met the most wonderful manager and assistant. The Coffee is BY FAR the best brew in the Loveland, Montgomery area. They had the music nailed and the atmosphere was awesome. I’ve worked for the worst Owners of a coffee establishment locally and this place is by far and away much better ran very comfortable feel

I’m visiting from out of town for the weekend and loved it so much that I will be coming each morning we are here. I had an iced oat milk latte and it was delightful— it was creamy and the espresso was smooth— just the right ratio of milk & coffee and didn’t require any additional flavors or sweetener. Day 2 I had a lavender earl grey latte and can attest that the tea is as good as the coffee! We had a blueberry missing which was also delicious and my boyfriend enjoyed his drip coffee. I really like the ambiance in the coffee shop— places to relax, to study, and to connect with other people. Staff is very responsive and helpful. I will definitely be back when I’m next in Loveland!

What a lovely place to stop by to enjoy a delicious local coffee and breakfast treat. Take in the updated, cozy atmosphere of a fancy old building in the heart of Loveland. A very warm, welcoming greeting from an amazing family owned and ran business, this place is a trend setting fun place to start off your day!

Know that it’s a shared spot that opens to the local hardware of Loveland and also Fencing colony EADS which means you can get coffee cookies, decking, and wheelbarrow! lol. It’s a first to see this form of integration of this kind. There is something to be said about smelling, coffee, lumber, and oil. But the joint is pretty small, but it blends itself to a very lovely unseen area of Loveland that makes it so well worth the come.

Best coffee in Cincinnati. It’s out of the way for us, but it is worth the drive to get there. Staff is always super friendly, wait times are quick, and, again, it’s the best coffee in the city. Highly suggest the bike trail with oak milk. 10/10.

A nice, cozy atmosphere! Nestled in the historic downtown Loveland Ohio. The best coffee and hot chocolate around. Also next to the little Miami River hike bike path.

Love the vibe. 1st time there today and the service was just so nice especially when I didn't know what to order. The sun dried tomato quiche/tart was so delicious. The baristas are so sweet and welcoming as well. I'm not a local but I'm definitely a regular now.

Me and my boyfriend go here from time to time since i live really close and it is one of our favorite spots to get coffee. Everyone is always really nice and the coffee turns out good everytime :)

Really cool throwback in the sense there is an old time hardware store attached that has alot of cool items to look at. Coffee is phenomenal and the pastries are top notch...

We LOVE Mile 42! Great, cozy atmosphere with always-friendly staff. They area also very accommodating for providing food/coffee for your personal events and renting out their conference/meeting room for a great price.

They are so involved in their community and we love to support local. A must-visit in downtown Loveland.

The coffee there is amazing and the employees are just as great, I've started coming here regularly and I haven't been disappointed.

Came here after stopping by Ramsey's Trailside last weekend. Never been here before, but will be back soon. My wife and I talked about their coffee the rest of the day!

We stopped on a Saturday and waited in line, and by the time we got closer to the window we could read a sign that said they close at 3pm due to staff shortages. It was about 3:10 when we finally got to the window and they still served us, but warned us that some machines were already cleaned/off. Luckily we both wanted a Cold Brew and Iced coffees. Appreciate the staff still waiting on us despite technically being closed.
