Precise Collision and Glass

I came across Precise Collision and Glass while looking for a company that would be able to fix the areas of my car that were damaged. I saw the great reviews and gave them a shot and I am glad that I did because they did a fantastic job with fixing my car. The staff was great and walked me along what I needed to do. They were also able to work with my insurance. They towed my car to their company for free as well. All in all I felt welcome and the staff there were amazing people and it truly shows they cared and were willing to work with me through this somewhat stressful process. Thank you again!

My car was broken into in an attempt to steal it. The dash was torn to pieces, there was damage to the door, and the back window was smashed. Precise Collision and Glass did an excellent job fixing it! The staff was very kind and professional and they really helped me out during a difficult time. Precise provided towing service as my car was undrivable and then provided me with a free rental car while mine was in the shop. Their work on the vehicle is first class. I picked up my car today. It looks brand new, everything is working as it should, and to look at it now you'd never guess that it had been damaged. I would highly recommend Precise Collision and Glass to anyone needing body work. They really did a great job with my vehicle and the overall experience of working with them was great!

Came for body shop work earlier this year after my boyfriend recommended them. Had a good experience, so last month they were my first call when I was rear ended (after the police). They took care of everything, calling the rental car company, dealing with the insurance, etc. I will definitely go back if I need body work. Will was great and all the ladies in the office are super helpful and friendly!

I brought my car in to fix a fender bender and had the pleasure of working with Will, and he has been a delight to talk to. He was very thorough in explaining to me the options and estimates, interacted with my insurance agency efficiently, and made sure all my concerns were adequately addressed. The repair itself was flawless, and the team also cleaned my vehicle inside-out, even adding a coat of tire dressing on the tires. They were also gave me the courtesy of a loaner car at no cost to me, which I very much appreciated.
I could not have imagined a better experience getting my car repaired, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Will and Precise Collision and Glass to anyone who needs work done on their vehicles!

Overall pretty satisfied with the customer service and the quality of work! Just happened to be driving by one day and noticed the assortment of high-end luxury cars they were doing repairs to, so I decided to stop in and get an estimate for some insurance work. The owner was amazing with helping me get my claim started, but I give the biggest Kuddos to Eric!! These guys went above and beyond to get my car together. They were more than fair and Eric worked with me on the price and they earned my business. These are genuine people and they are honest and upfront and they stand behind their words and their work! Also Jules was very helpful too. I’m very picky and meticulous and they catered Precisely to my every need. It was a true pleasure doing business with them!! Car is running great and looks great! Was worried about the paint match but you guys did extremely well. It did take longer than expected, but they gave me a loaner for free until my car was completed. Thank you again for the loaner, and thank you for the awesome work guys did!

I brought my car in after someone did a hit and run. They got me schedule soon as possible and they also provided a rental car for me. I have to wait and I got my car back within 2 weeks. They were so professional and updated me on everything and if anything was wrong they got Fixed immediately. I would especially like to express my gratitude for Eric. he was very patient with me and make sure that I had nothing to worry about. Plus he put me on to some new tv shows lol. The mechanics we’re very nice too. I would definitely suggest this place for sure.

This team was AMAZING! It all started when I swerved to miss an impaired driver and hit a stop sign. The next day I called and Spoke to Eric. This man was more than professional, he answered all of my questions and even handled talking to my insurance company and getting me a rental through them as well!

They kept me up to date with the repairs and when I picked it up, took the time to clean off some old paint I spilled on a leather seat. Fingers crossed that I never have to have body work done again, but if I do I’m going straight back and will be sharing their Facebook page with all of my friends!

I came here when the body shop i traditionally used was about 3 months out before they could start work on our car. I brought the car to Precise and a representative came right out, assessed the damage and drew up an estimate. They said they could have it ready in a few weeks. 1 week later I get a phone call and they tell me it was ready. I went to pick it up and was super impressed with the quality of the work and that they detailed most of the car. It looked even better than it did prior to the accident. Excellent work, fast and fair price. My total was $170.00 less than the original estimate. I have found my new go to body shop.

I have worked with Liz at Precise Collision and Glass on 2 different occasions and 2 different vehicles now. I was VERY pleased with the service both times. My vehicles were fixed as promised and in a very timely manner. Liz handled everything from the rental car and insurance companies and always kept me informed.
