Hocking Hills Diner

I have eaten there twice and ordered a chef salad both times. They were HUGE, fresh and delicious! Their salad dressings are homemade too! Today I bought some of their freshly baked Crazy Cookies, and I wasn't disappointed!

Food is great! Atmosphere is simple and country like. Staff is friendly, waitress on her game, and kitchen got the food out quick! Great job back of house! I got the Monster Bacon sandwich. It has 24 slices of bacon. That's right 24!!! I could only eat half. It's ginormous!

My boyfriend and I were on vacation and looking for a good affordable breakfast. When we saw our favorite, Eggs Benedict, was on the menu, we knew we had to try it. This place is fantastic! Cute decor and very clean. The staff is so warm, personable, and attentive. The food was wonderful! Our poached eggs were fluffy and runny, and the hollandaise was bright and creamy. When we were telling the girl at checkout to give the cook our compliments, she said it was only one woman back there due to a call off. She was killing it! Kudos to the AM cook, she’s a rock star!

Very, very good food. Needed a place to eat before heading home after 2 wonderful days of hiking. Hot the spot and then some. If you go, be sure to hit the donut shop after your meal.

Nice place clean friendly staff and good portions. Always good as usual a little pricey but worth it just a feel good place to be nice little local spot 👍🏽👌🏽💯

Stopped in for some breakfast as it was located near the high school. Ordered steak and eggs. Was cooked great along with some solid homefries and toast. Honestly everything looked great and probably not a bad choice on the menu

Really good food and very friendly people

For the down home flavor it is top notch! This is a good meeting place for me and the college son to have a meal together before going back opposite directions. The staff were super nice!

From the second we stepped foot in the door , they greeted us with a smile and kindness. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. When back in the area I know where to get some " Bussin" as the kids now say!

The food and service here were excellent. The breakfast bowl was very good. This was an unexpected treat to find this place. Milkyway latte was good also. I would definitely recommend it.

A great little hometown diner. Staff was super friendly and you can tell they're close-knit. Food was normal diner food but their cookies were out of this world. We bought extras to take home with us!

Cute little diner was just what we needed after a weekend in the mountains. The breakfast sandwich is great and the potatoes were made just the way my mom does. I got the pumpkin cheesecake to-go and glad I did! Portions are plenty, OJ is fresh, and service is great!

I don't know why in the world that we have not stopped at this diner in the times that we have been to Logan. We were floored at how excellent the food and service were. YUM!!!! Those pretzel bites are AMAZING. I had the BLT with fries and Jared had Eggs, hashbrowns, sausage and bacon. Everything was absolutely delicious and I even had a sugar cookie and we are right now on our way back to get more. The variety of food was unexpected. You can order breakfast and lunch or dinner anytime of the day. We will definitely be eating here everytime we are passing through. I highly recommend it.

1-3-20 - Well this makes our 4th trip to this diner in just a little over a month. Logan is about an hour and 10 minutes away from where we are from. Their Pretzel Bites are soooo good. I prefer the Nacho cheese with them. The past 2 visits, I have got the sirloin steak well done with curly fries YUM!!! Also both times took home a dozen Sugar Cookies. We brought my boyfriend's son this last time and he got Chicken strips and curly fries. He loved everything too. The atmosphere here is so inviting and the service is Excellent. It has been excellent all 4 times and we have had a different server each time. To be honest, this is my favorite place to eat now. I wish it were closer but that just gives us a reason to take a small road trip. Something good will always come out of it. I took a couple of pictures of their darling snowmen 😊
Oh and they serve breakfast all day. My boyfriend loves breakfast and loves the spread here. I do not care for breakfast food. So if you are in the same situation, just know that they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner food all day.

Cute little diner with a lot of seating. Our food came out fast and was all delicious! Especially liked my mocha! Great customer service.

We stopped in for breakfast while staying at the High Rock hideaways cabins. Had the Hillbilly omelet. It was very good. Love the pepper gravy on top. They have a decent menu. Lunch and dinner also.

Absolutely amazing food and service. Can't wait to go back and try lunch and dinner selections.

We always stop here every time we're in hocking. I love the cinnamon roll pancakes so much! They are all i think about on our way down to hocking. Always great service and amazing food

We stopped here for breakfast on our way home from our girlfriend's annual Glamping trip. Since there were seven of us and it was prime time breakfast we had to wait for a table but it was faster than we expected. Our server was fantastic. We ordered a couple apps for the table, including potato skins, and they were the tastiest potato skins I think I've ever eaten. Everyone's food came out together, everything was correct, hot, cooked perfectly and most importantly, delicious! One thing I really loved during our visit was seeing the supportive culture of all the employees. A. Everyone seemed genuinely happy B. While we were checking out, one of my friends asked if she could give her tip to someone to make sure our server received it (our table already had new guests at it). They shared that one employee had a great idea to make "mailboxes" for tips and kind of the evolution of that whole creation. She was positively showering that creative emplyee with kudos for such a cool and handy idea! It made my heart happy to see a team working so well together. Also, you definitely need to get a cinnamon roll or piece of pie to go. I got the aforementioned cinnamon roll. Holy cow was that amazing. I saved it for the following morning and made myself a little fancier breakfast than usual including it. What a treat! So yes, go here, enjoy the delicious food and tip your staff well! They're rocking it out!
