They staff was friendly and helpful. We we're picking up things we needed around the house and each of the staff members were able to help us. They were extremely knowledgeable about what they were doing and selling, and offered different options for us.

Ordered a bird bath online from a Lowes in Northern Kentucky and said they has several in stock. They didn't. However the nice lady at Service desk contacted Lowes in Beechmont and they had what we needed. Service was great. Very thankful to the helpful staff at both locations.

Ordered replacement appliances and you can always count on Lowes Home improvement center to have a special on their appliances on the 4th of July.
The customer service they provide is impeccable. A small wait time for my order but worth it.

I was happy that I could find exactly what I needed in there. The app is very helpful if you want to know which aisle you should be looking in to find the product. When I was in there the employee was able to correctly fix the price, it was labeled one thing and rang up for a higher price. Very grateful to all the employees here, they are kind and helpful. There is an abundance of parking and it’s easy to navigate, and it’s right off the highway. Satisfied with all my experiences here so far.

Great place! What ever you have in mind or design they have what u need to get it done. Only downfall is I wish they was opened longer hours.

I have purchased an unspeakable amount of things from Lowe's. They have an amazing selection of everything you want for home improvement. And that's what I go there for. There's actually a lot more than just that. It's just down the street from my work and just a few miles away from my house. Very convenient. I go there quite a bit.

Lowe's was the best, quickest, and cheapest place to buy a specific grill I wanted. Char Griller 980 Gravity feed charcoal wifi grill. Ordered it, delivered to store for free quickly, easy loading into truck, super high quality build, 100% happy.

So I never thought that Lowe’s would have bolts for my truck but they had big bolts but just not the right size. After I looked for awhile one of the online order pickers was there and even though she didn’t work the hardware department she still took like 5 minutes trying to find the right size in the system. Still nothing but kudos to her for trying to help me!

As long as I stay focused I can be in and out fairly quickly. Store is clean, orderly and well stocked. If I ever need help there has always been someone helpful and friendly.

Trevor the appliance sales person (I might have his name wrong) knew all about the refrigerators. Let us pick the one best for us. The delivery crew was AMAZING. Daniel and his father Joelle delivered our refrigerator. Daniel carried himself well and was extremely professional and kind. Would highly recommend them to help in your delivery and refrigerator needs.

We do a lot of DIY projects and fixes at both home and work, and Lowes is out #1 go to for all our supplies. I also love the garden center for my gardens in the summer. Friendly employees and truly only one thing has ever not been in stock when I needed it which is a huge plus in today's world!!?

I started out with a one star and the review below, but Ben from this Lowe’s store has really reached out and help to make everything right. He is the only one who would help me in this situation and I really appreciate it ! So I am changing my review from one star to five stars just for Ben!

Bought a brand new Samsung washer that doesn’t work. The manager at this Lowe’s appliances department would not help me at all and said it was a Samsung problem. I called Samsung. They sent their technicians out and they said it was an installation problem. Called the store back and they said it wasn’t their problem. I had the extended warranty, so I called the extended warranty and they said it should be covered under Samsung‘s one year warranty. I have all these warranties and a brand new washer that doesn’t work and no one will help me. The manager of this Lowes appliance department did not even offer to help me figure out what to do. My washer is four months old and I paid $700 for this stupid washer and no one will help me.

We went to Lowe's today to buy a grill. Tonya was super friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. We haven't shopped much at Lowe's lately, but we will certainly be back!
