Todd was a great help. He was patient he explained everything in a way that was very comprehensive He created a passionate relationship that made the purchase very comfortable. He helped us shop for a good quote for auto insurance. He worked overtime until options ran out being that it was the weekend. The next business day he had everything ready to roll. I had a great experience a few years ago purchasing a truck at Dave Gill. When I was shopping for a new SUV last month I certainly included this dealership on my list again. Had the experience to work with and make a purchase with Scott H in Sales again. I felt so good about my time here because Scott is so efficient, honest, and a great attitude. I've come to see so many people on the Dave Gill team are all helpful and welcoming. Two excellent customer experiences over a span of years -- kudos to this team. Coming here to post a comment is my first time reading all the others comments. I realize this dealership makes everybody happy! Genuine and sincere customer service! Impressive! I'm a fan!

It was a good experience. The sales manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful on what I was looking for in an Electric Vehicle. There was no pressure tactic on buy a car. I am not very tech savvy, and the sales manager was able to walk me step by step by linking my phone and account with my car. I was told if I needed anything else for my EV, let him know and come by the dealership anytime. I was treated like family.

Dan looked at my 2019 Chevy Silverado that I purchased recently and performed the 24,000 mile service. He was very helpful and polite and helped me find out about some things that I wasn't aware of on the previous owners repairs and maintenance.

Great and quick service. First time Chevy owner and I have a Sonic as my daily driver. Had some on going issues with the thermostat and rear window not working properly. After having a bad experience at Wyler Chevy on both customer service and price gouging, I took it to Dave Gill. My service rep, Jim, was great at communicating and my car was done quicker than expected. Highly recommend.

I am from Mississippi and I found a Chevy Volt online at Dave Gill. Scott and Travis went out of their way to help me and make this process as easy as possible especially since I was coming from so far away. I met several of the employees while I was there (please forgive me for not remembering everyone's name!) and they were all so kind and helpful. I didn't have the best of experience dealing with the dealership as a whole, but Cody in the shop and Jim in service were the highlights that saved this review from becoming a one-star. Cody's customer service is top tier, and Jim's speed in repair is excellent. It's thanks to them that I even considered returning to the dealership in the future. They turned a negative into a positive.
