Honest people here who care about their customers and only recommend what's necessary. Their prices are much better than anywhere else. I had several things quoted at many different shops, and elite beat them all by a significant margin. In the end, they also recommended not doing a few things that other places claimed were necessary. It can sometimes be a bit of a wait scheduling with them, but totally worth it!

I've had nothing but great experiences with Elite Automotive. The staff is very friendly, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. The last visit they didn't charge me anything even though they had my vehicle for a while and drove it to try and find a problem. If the problem comes back, I'll surely be going back to them - but I'd go back there for our other vehicles without hesitation. The work they have done for us over the years has been top quality!

Found Elite Automotive as a result of positive Google reviews and doing my part to support and promote their business. We are so happy that we called and decided to use Elite Automotive to service our GMC Savana. Emily was superb over the phone and in person and it was kind of David to look at and repair our vehicle a whole day before we were expecting. The customer service, professionalism and precision were all over the top and they also came in well under the other estimates we received (which was a wonderful blessing, just before Christmas). Our family was more than satisfied and will be returning customers for this and our other vehicles.

Customer centered, friendly, polite, professional and prompt. Comfy waiting area. We had a surprise flat tire, and were directed there by a customer who actually had us follow him there. We were not from the area, yet they immediately fixed our tire, no charge! I am very impressed.

Honest mechanics! Emily at the front desk is very knowledgeable and could probably fix a car here self. Always priced right. I drive 35 minutes to have them fix our cars and would not go anywhere else!

Traveling to see family for Thanksgiving, I broke down not far from this shop. Once they realized I was on the road with still a long way to go, they made room in their schedule to get me out the door the same day. Their quick work was also quality work: they explained the issue very thoroughly and patched me up so well I had a completely safe trip. I expected to pay extra for the rush, but the charge was more than fair. No doubt that anyone coming to Elite Automotive would experience the same kindness, respect, and professionalism. I'm very grateful that some locals pointed me in their direction – and not surprised that they've earned such a great reputation.

Finally, I found a trustworthy place to take our cars. Emily, the service manager, is a wealth of knowledge and a pleasure to work with. Plan to call ahead for an appointment as they stay busy, and it's worth the wait.

There is a reason why they have a waiting period to get an appointment and for the 5 star reviews. These folks are top notch. From start to finish, they explain everything and give you a price down to the penny. They do exceptional work and you simply cannot beat the price. From an oil change to a full engine swap, they can handle it all. I am extremely satisfied with the repairs I had done. Honest and trustworthy folks!

I'm so impressed with these guys! Especially Emily. I feel their pricing is fair, communication is excellent and am so happy to have found our new home for our automotive needs.

Amazing service! Car started running hot and my daughter and I were stuck in Mason until my car could be repaired. He was kind and considerate in taking my car in immediately (even though there was a 3 week wait) on a Monday and get me out of Mason by Wednesday afternoon (And after having to find VW parts). I will forever be grateful and appreciate the inspection he did before sending me back on the road (and found two additional issues to be repaired; a nail in my tire and another part for my wheel). My car is running great and I highly suggest anyone use this shop for your foreign car needs!

Had a great experience here....Emily was wonderful and had good communication. The mechanic done a good job as in, my car is fixed and there's no greasy hand prints or foot prints anywhere. The engine and undercarriage wasn't left nasty. Satisfied customer.

I really enjoy Dave and Emily at elite automotive. I have been using this company for car repairs for over 3 years at this point. They have worked on all three of my Honda Odysseys and my Ford E350 heavy duty van. In every case where I have asked, they have shared all of the details of what needs to be done and what I want to have worked on. They have performed everything from oil changes all the way to an engine replacement for me. And they do take care of law enforcement and military well.

Outstanding service, honesty, competence, and value. They have cared for four of my cars over the years. Very highly recommend.

I honestly can't say enough good about this business to do it justice. Elite did a very thorough diagnostic on my car. I needed new wheel bearings, my axel boot replaced, my motor mounts replaced, and many other issues resolved. They were honest, friendly, fast, and extremely respectful. My entire family takes their cars to them, and now, I will only take my car to them. Thank you so much to Emily, Chris, and the entire crew at Elite for doing such a great job!
