They have earned some life long customers after my experience here! The GM David and the Sales Specialist, Greg were AMAZING to work with. They made the process quick and easy, but they were also very helpful when I really needed it. Everybody else involved was awesome as well, give the whole staff props!!! Thanks to everyone I spoke to, I left with my first car yesterday! I will be recommending to all family and friends, and will DEFINITELY be back in the future.

Byers Was great To get a car from. I live a couple hours away, and I was set up an appointment to look at a car and the dealer salesman had it washed and cleaned and ready to test drive. After we test drove the car. The paperwork went smooth. I was very happy with everything.

Had a sour experience at another Byers. Reported that to the corporate office. Then I had the pleasure of working with Richard, Dave and Jeff at THIS store. Amazing dudes. No pressure and I got a deal I felt good about. Literally went out of thier way to make this work for me.

A few days after the purchase I went to BMV to change the registration from the the old plate to a specialty plate. Byers had completed the plate transfer so quickly that I had to argue with the BMV employees to convince them that the vehicle in THIER OWN SYSTEM was the vehicle I recently purchased. BMV said it wasn't possible to transfer a registration that fast and that they had 45 days to compete it... despite it being clearly completed in the system

During a recent walk in trip to service (right before lunch) I was told it would be a few hours to get a key programed and cut. I kind of expected that. It was done in less than 45 minutes because one of the techs brought lunch in, so they pushed my service through early.

Sales, finance, and service... all solid 5 🌟.

12 May 2024 update: had to drop the jeep off this morning due to a suspension issue. No appointment, but they took it in and diagnosed it pretty quick, even helped me get to a place to rent a car while repairs are made. Turns out rodents eating your hoses isn't covered by warranty. 🤷‍♂ still, no complaints. Excellent service.

Service was excellent. Greg made the transaction seamless. I drove in from out of state and was back on the road within an hour with a new car after trade-in and financing.

Bought a new Jeep and service was outstanding worked with Greg in sales and he did a great job. Very reliable and straightforward.

The tech, Alan McClintock went out of his way to help me get my Jeep back on the road. I usually expect to get hung out to dry going to the dealership for any type of maintenance, but Alan went the other way with it. He listened to my concerns and did everything he could to help me out. Don’t know if it was because it was around Christmas but if Alan’s (and Brittany’s) attitudes/performance are the norm, this is a business that is going to last and I will definitely be seeing them again. I have owned my 300C for 7 years and this was the quickest service experience at any mopar garage I’ve been to. Often times with parts on OEM backorder, there can be a wait but my vehicle was in and out within 1 day with 4 services. Shop advisor Jace C. and team did a great job - will be back soon for additional service. 5/5

The service department is so helpful! I have visited here several times for different issues and every team member I've interacted with is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The turnaround on service is very prompt. I will return here again for service and recommend to others.

I went here to get an oil change and tire rotation. While I waited, I was able to sit in the customer lounge area and work. I took my laptop, plugged into one of the convenient outlet stations, and connected to the guest wifi. I also drank a cup or two of the coffee that was provided. I think I was in and out within about an hour and 15 minutes. That was good considering there were at least a half dozen people there besides me. I saw them give updates to those that were having more extensive work than me. I thought that was cool. One associate even joked with a returning client. That means someone likes the service and the employees potentially know their customers. I will be back again.

Very pleasant and faster than expected! Even charged my vehicle before I arrived to pick it up! Updated several times on the status. Apparently I had 4 recalls! 3 of which I was not aware of until the service receptionist looked it up!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They continued to work with me until we got it done.

Greg was a great salesman. He was upfront with everything, very nice, and helped us get our dream car. We drove over 3 hours to checkout the car. Greg answered all my questions on the phone, prior to the drive, to make sure the drive was worth it. This dealership uses the no-negotiating tactic, which is nice for not creating any awkward haggling situations. They put the lowest price on every vehicle up front. Lot's of dealerships are moving to this method. The car we bought was priced exactly what all the websites, like KBB, said it should cost.

Had to stop on my journey due to an emergency issue. The professionals here got me squared away and back on the road to accomplish my trip.

Richard is the best car dealer I know. We bought pur first jeep from him and our last. He is honest and straight forward. I would not go anywhere else.

Had a recall on my Jeep Wrangler, called to ask about it and was given a quick appointment and repair by Marcus. Emphasis on the “quick”! Really appreciated the speedy and great service. No more death wobble on my Jeep!
