From her initial consultation and my head of mixed grey, yellowing blonde and very dark roots, Brittany accomplished a beautiful platinum blonde with added dimension. Brittany is amazing! So talented and driven to keep learning all the new tricks and product. She doesn’t just give you what you want-she gives you what you NEED to get where you want. Thankful to have found a stylist who takes her time to give me beautiful HEALTHY hair. I have had multiple stylists attempt to make me blonde and no one has given me such beautiful dimension as Brittany can. She uses premium products and the newest (most responsible) techniques.

When my longtime colorist left the area I was panicked about finding someone who was on trend, took time to understand my hair and who could get the perfect shade of vanilla blonde I was used to without making my hair look striped and dated. Let me tell you, Brittany is the answer! She never makes you feel rushed, she takes her time with you and explains the process before ever starting. I had my first experience with extensions yesterday and it couldn’t have turned out better. I always leave with a high level of confidence that the integrity of my hair is her primary concern, and trust me, it’s not usually that way for blonde hair. If you’re looking for someone new, Brittany is your girl.

Brittany is the best! I’ve been seeing her ever since I moved to Cincinnati in 2021. I was nervous to find a new stylist and NBR extension expert but she does amazing color and extension work and I couldn’t be happier!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Addyson West Salon and Brittany! She is truly a miracle worker and takes the time to listen to your goals for your hair and is straightforward about what can and can’t be done. Her approach is so refreshing and her color game is master-level. I have red hair that is difficult to match but Brittany was able to recreate the multitude of shades and hues in my hair when dying my extensions to ensure they matched perfectly!! My hair is also thin/fine and curly which is not an easy combo for extension blending but Brittany works her magic every time!! ♥ I wish I could give 10 stars!

I loved my entire experience at Addyson West Salon. Brittany took the time to determine how my hair lifted and then ensured I got exactly what I wanted. I got a highlight, dye and NBR extensions and it is so well blended and absolutely beautiful!!! Brittany is amazing! She has done wonders for my hair and I trust her every move. I am comfortable just telling her to do what she thinks is best and every time I leave looking marvelous. Brittany is amazing at restoring blond hair! I thought I had to settle for dry, thin hair forever, until I started seeing Brittany. She recommended Olaplex treatments which have made my hair shiny and smooth. She has great precision in hair coloring-I’m no longer left with horizontal lines after a foil (like I had with precious stylists). And she’s taught me how to style and take care of my hair, so that every day my hair looks beautiful. I never thought it would be possible! I have recommended Brittany to everyone I know!

Brittany has such a gift. She loves her craft and shares it with all of us! Somehow she got quite the knack for creating beautiful blonde color transformations. I know she does all hair color/types, but my experience is my (ahem, cough cough) blond highlighted hair. I've been going to her about 9 months and feel much more confident in my hair color each time! I also love how she styles my hair beautifully after every appointment. :)

Where do I start! First Brittany is such a beautiful and nice person. Second, my hair is the best it has ever been! Not only does it look amazing, she brought the life and health back to my hair! My hair previously was so dry and felt like straw! Now it so soft and bright. She has been doing Olaplex treatments every 8 weeks and now I am using it at home! I love her new salon and I love her! Brittany did an amazing job on my hair! If you are thinking about transitioning to blonde I would HIGHLY recommend her. Bleaching is a harsh process but she does it right, and it left my hair healthy after! So grateful to have her do my hair and cannot recommend her enough!

Brittany has been doing my hair for several years and no matter what color I decide I want to try, she has done an amazing job! I have been several different shades of blonde, and recently decided to change it up and go brown for the winter. Brittany gave me a beautiful shade of brown with caramel highlights that I love! Brittany has done a fantastic job cutting my daughters hair! She brought my daughters dream to life when she wanted pink hair at one point and has given her the most adorable haircuts at every appointment.
