Ace Hardware Loveland

It is hard to find a hardware store that is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They excel at both. Customer service does still exist!

I truly love shopping at this place. The staff is always super helpful. The shelves are always stocked and always an over all great experience

They are so friendly and smile and just make me personally feel welcomed which I don't feel that alot! Nice clean place, good prices! The whom I call " The man" usually around behind where you make the keys is such a kind gentleman! I forgot my keys in my car and he did everything to help out! He's helped me alot and made me feel welcomed! I personally shop and here and you should too! Best hardware store around!!

Great selection for BBQ supplies. Came in looking for some BBQ rubs and ended up chatting with a wonderful lady employed there about smoking and grilling for about 10 minutes.

This is the place I always go first because it's the closest to where I live. I've made the comparisons and their prices are as good as Lowe's and Home Depot for the items they carry in common. And you get service the moment you walk in the door and the parking is closer to the entrance. I still end up going occasionally to Home Depot and Lowe's because their inventory is larger, but I always start at my local Ace.

Bought an EGO chainsaw. Battery or charger wasn't working properly. Went in ....owner and his team diagnosed the problem said i needed a new battery. Loaned me a battery to get my project done before my battery under warranty came! Love the service and support our family gets from Ace Hardware Loveland! Great place for all your home needs. David

We shop regularly at Ace Hardware Loveland and keep coming back because the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Today I was in the store to purchase some rather expensive battery powered yard equipment. A communication misunderstanding caused me to leave the store with some pieces that were not compatible with one another. I discovered the situation when I got home and started unpacking the tools. Frustrated I returned to the store and spoke to an associate. He was apologetic and asked if I could give him a couple minutes. He returned with the store owner who listened carefully, understood what I needed and made it right!
This sort of great service is why we will continue to give our business to Ace whenever possible.

As soon as I walked in, a young man asked me what I was looking for and walked me straight back to the correct aisle. Another gentleman helped me find the correct nuts for the bolts I was buying and wrote up a receipt so I could just give it to the cashier! It's hard to get amazing service like that these days. Also super convenient being right down in Loveland. Thank you for everything

Kathrine(I think was her name?) Was cordial, knowledgeable and helpful and when I got to the store she helped me get what I needed on a short timetable.

Give your store people a raise!

This location has wonderful staff who are so kind and helpful. Every time I have shopped here, the staff has opened the door to help me in with the stroller and then helped me locate the items I needed quickly! I am so appreciative as going anywhere with littles can be difficult.

They always have what i need and its nice to just drop into a small location and be in and out vs a huge big box that takes extra time. The nice thing about this location is that they are customer focused and that’s a big advantage when your trying to get the right tools for the job. The prices aren’t always the lowest but they are with in a few dollars which is worth the time you save. The parking is convenient and you can usually get a space right up front.

I love coming into this store, there is usually someone available right away to help you find what you need, and if they don't have it they can help you get it. I appreciate that they are local people and I like shopping here because of that, but if you don't usually come here I can see it maybe being off-putting. They really do just want to help, and I appreciate how friendly they are.

This is my first stop for my hardware needs. I try to avoid the big box stores as their customer services are lacking and I would rather support a local small business. The employees are well trained and will be fast to help or offer suggestions. The will even have better products that are not carried in the big stores. If they don't have a product they will most likely be able to order it. Parking is not an issue and they will help you carry your purchases so your car if you arms are full. I recommend you give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

In a very strange incident, my one and only car key broke in half. Despite closing in ten minutes, the staff at Ace Hardware welcomed us and were very helpful in figuring out a key replacement. Due to the car key being a ChipKey, Nova graciously offered to help past hours to program the new key for my car, which wasn't at the store. The staff here is very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. A big shout out to Nova, thank you for your service!

This is a first stop for me for smaller needs. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. You will spend more then going to big box. With that said for major purchases go to big box, you will save at least 10%.But good luck getting help in a big box, can't find help with a search warrant. Will continue to use my local ace as a first go to for small needs such as bolts, nuts, adhesives, paints , drill bits , and other needs.

Everyone here was very helpful and knowledgeable. I came in to get supplies to hang up a heavy mirror and they help me find everything I need to hang it up. They were very nice and they got me in and out in no time. I was able to put the mirror up with ease thanks to their help.
