Penn Yan Express Stop

Do NOT pass this station by on the way out of Penn Yann since there is squat for gasoline anywhere around, even though you'll pass several dealerships selling ATVs and John Deeres. The pumps are all functional and fast. The convenience store is well-provisioned, and the attendance is friendly.

The cool dude that works for late night weekend shift was one of the best customer service employees I've seen in a long time

I got gas here. The pumps are a little far away from the building. I have trouble walking so it was hard to prepay and then go back to get change. It would be extremely hard for someone in a wheelchair. It was clean and the staff were accommodating.

The woman working the register was very unfriendly. She didn't speak to me at all, not even to tell me the total. She just glared at my son and me. It was unnerving.
I also feel as though my son and his friend were victims of racial profiling. During a previous visit, this same woman followed them around the entire store as they were trying to choose their purchases, while a white person, of similar age, was allowed to walk freely throughout the store while carrying his backpack.
My family and I will never stop there again.
