Brand new location! This is actually would be very nice for me since it’s close to my work. 5yrs ago there was just a single BOA in Cincy and it was downtown near the ball park. Now there are dozens in the area

Update: in the last few months I’ve tried to use the atm and this location at least 12 times and ALL FOUR atms were out of service and the screen tells you to use the app. The app can’t give me cash. Duh

I have been trying for 30 minutes to make an appointment online. Does Not work! Then I called the Boa Tollfree # to set one up at 1894 E Seymour’s Ave CINTI. , Ohio 45237 only to be found that that location could not be found. The address was taken from the Boa website.
Why must I listen to the 10 min commercial each time when I only need to make an appointment?!
