Kemba has always come thru for me. I actually bank at a different credit union. But they, Kemba, are closer to home. Their ATM's and Tellers are always helpful!

I wish I had banked here 15 years ago. I was with US Bank for 15 years, and I tell you their customer service is awful. I just love Kemba Bank!

Great experience for me and my son. Ms. Felicia Williams was very helpful, patient, and understanding concerning my son's account. She was very informative about certain things. It was nice to see that some people do care about others

I love this credit union. Very accessible they are good foe small loans and small business stuff but you have to go to a bank for big dollar banking. You can get a replacement debit card immediately 1 free per year and 8 bucks after that. Never had a issue with anything.

I have not stepped foot in the branch in quite sometime mainly due to the fact I am able to handle everything with going through the drive thru, by phone or on the app. I decided to come in today because I needed a new physical debit and credit card as they expire today. Demitri was very helpful I hope I spelled his name correctly. Attentive, friendly, and got me in and out in a timely manner. The location is currently under going major improvements to how the inside looks and operates. Definitely a new and improved look perfect for the new year! I hope everyone gets the same quality service they need when coming to this branch.

Despite the higher security, the clerks still treat you with patience and respect. Low wait times due to proper staffing. If you're nice, they're nice.
