Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered online.. they said about 65 minutes.. got our food in about 30 minutes.. and our pizza and cheese bread are still so hot and fresh.. it burned my mouth!! Thank you!! Just wish we got napkins, plates, Parmesan and red pepper flakes. 👍

We have used this Papa John’s for several years and it’s been OK. Last night was by far the worst experience. I normally go in and pick up the pizza and I should’ve done that last night, delivery took an hour and a half and they were missing part of our order when I called the store they were not helpful and even hung up on me. I had to call back this morning to try and get the credit back to me on my credit card for missing part of the order. We will not be using them again.

Great service every single time that I order delivery from this location. Pizza is always hot. Always exactly what we order, and ALWAYS fast delivery. .

If I choose pizza, I will always choose Papa John's. Their stuff just tastes better. But there is another reason I choose this location: Customer Service. Every single time I come here, I'm greeted with a giant smile and a warm welcome. And the manager here is super cool and approachable. I love her style too 😆. She makes sure that she cultivates a culture of kindness and respect. That's rare in today's food industry, oddly enough. So I will continue to patronize this establishment for as long as I live in salt lake.

Some of the best Papa John's pizza I've had in a long time. Staff was super friendly when I went in to pick up order. It seemed like they were going downhill there for a while there, but they've definitely stepped up their game. Thanks guys!

I’ve been here a lot of times and had a good experience every time. The pizza is always delicious and they are good at making it right away too. I think Papa Johns has the best fast food Pizza. Other places seem to be overly salty, but this pizza tastes more like real pizza that isn’t overly processed. The Papadias are a great option too for lunch. They have lots of flavor, isn’t messy to eat, and doesn’t break the bank.

This is me and my wife's go-to for pizza lately. Orders are filled fast and accurately. In-store pickup is painless and quick (more convenient for me than delivery to be honest). The staff is always bright and friendly, I hope they're treated well.

I was told my pizza would arrive 30-40 minutes and they kept their word.Julie our pizza delivery woman was polite and happy. I really appreciate kind customer service. This is a lost art and customer service people believe that they do not have to do this.I again thank you for your efforts

Ordered from Pizza Hut, they called saying they had no drivers on staff (WTF) Ordered from Dominoes, they lost our order. Ordered from Papa Johns and got fresh, great tasting food that was made right and came in a reasonable time. 10/10 will order again.

Haven't been here in years but we had a coupon and decided to try it. Had forgotten how good their pizza is! And the customer service way beat the place we have been patronizing lately. Pappa John's has certainly earned back my business.

Super fast from the time I ordered to when it was delivered. Pizza was very fresh and hot. They also included plates, napkins and topping packets when I didn't request them!
