Firehouse Subs South Gahanna

My best service and food this time. My Hook and Ladder Sub was very good and exactly how I ordered it. The wait for food was not long and the food was hot. The dining area and restrooms were clean. Thanks.

One of my favorite places for subs in the nation.

This branch is similar to all other firehouse subs branches. Friendly welcoming staff and tasty subs. You can’t go wrong with the spicy cajun chicken.

Just ate there last Thursday. I was helped by a very friendly and kind lady. I did not catch her name, but it was around 1 or 2. Pm. Please tell her I appreciated her kindness and professionalism. My Italian sub was made perfectly as well.

First time I was ever at a Firehouse Sub. I order the Italian sub which was delicious. Great place. Great service and the guys here are very courteous and professional.

Great friendly staff! I’ve never had the staff ask if they could get us anything after being seated. Food is consistently good!

When I walked into Firehouse Subs, I was greeted by most of the staff, with "Welcome to Firehouse!" The guy at the register who took my order was really friendly and pleasant. I ordered the New Yorker and it was perfectly put together. Will be going back to this location.

Went in for the first time. They had limited items due to waiting for a delivery. Trey who was making the sandwiches was very accommodating and friendly. His manager was also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!

I wanted to say thank you to the folks that were working at the Gahanna Ohio location,my son ordered an Uber pickup from you today(04/28/2023) we didn't realize that the shop was closing,but according to the Uber drive you all went ahead and made our sandwiches. Thank you and I apologize for not paying attention to your closing time. Please let the employees know that we appreciate them.

I visited this location this evening and the staff was so extremely kind and welcoming. Every single employee working the front area acknowledged me and made sure to meet my needs on making sure to heat my sub extra. Was really one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while.

First time at this restaurant, placed order to take home. Ordered an Italian and chicken bacon sub, both small size. Both sub's were very good. Staff was friendly and professional, restaurant very clean.

I still can't understand how the brisket is so amazing. Bits the best sub hands down

Someone advise the manager - tell the youths to behave themselves. They're funny, and the interactions almost scripted... But, well 3 out of 4 employees were working. Let's be real... 🙄

Honestly, the wait is about 10 minutes, not that bad at all. Or you can order 20 minutes ahead online or by phone, and it will be waiting for you! Some people say they ask too many questions, but they've always gotten my subs perfect. I love 'em. Best subs place ever. They do hot subs, so if you're a cold subs person, not your place, but if you're into hot subs, this place is divine! Great!

Subs were great tasting a d the manager helped us with pricing between platters and ordering just a few subs instead. One thing I will say is that if you're expecting an Italian sub like Subway, you'll be slightly disappointed because it's mostly ham, but it was still very delicious.

My beautiful girlfriend and I just met for lunch after moving to Pataskala. Firehouse subs is one of our favorite spots to eat and this place really embodies the hospitality of the gahanna area. Khearsten welcomed us with a smile, had some flair not just a greeting but acknowledging the customer and making you feel welcomed. The crew cut up my girls salad and fixed it exactly the way she prefers and even asked again if it was the way she wanted it. If your wanting firehouse and in gahanna or passing through stop by! Excellent food and customer service will be back!

The subs were superb. The protocol was a little different, but I have NEVER had a more delicious Italian sub. My first visit but definitely not my last!!

The food is good and the service is good. Some of the money goes to charity for firefighters. There are several options on the menu but it is a sub shop. A sub shop with some of the freshest tasting sandwichs I have had in a long time.

Im a fan. Have never had a bad experience. I went in for the tmobile Tuesday deal. Had a great experience.
