I made a purchase from Dustin. He was very knowledgeable and his customer service is A+. Upon delivery my tractor had a faulty hydraulic hose from factory (under warranty). Rusty came to my farm and installed it almost as soon as they received it (less than 1 week). They had issue getting a couple of my attachments in a timely fashion (2 months out). Jividens (Rusty) delivered them to my farm no more than a week after receiving them at the store. Good customer serice is extremely important to me.
