Staff is always respectful and kind. Store is in immaculate condition and clean and always smells so nice. Their clothes are SO cute. They have a realllly nice plus size selection at very affordable prices. Store in this area typically struggle to stay open so I am super happy this store is doing so well because I love shopping here. My ONLY complaint and it's not even anything they are at fault for, is the racks are so close together is can be hard to navigate without knocking stuff off and they don't have shopping carts (that I've ever seen). They have wonderful sales and their clearance racks are my favorite :) I have so many outfits from here

I go there all the time. Iv never had one problem eith buying anything or even the customer service is on point. The staff there is definitely a ten star staff. Five stars all day long. The best prices and the best quality. Thanks for been an amazing outlet.

The staff there is very helpful and friendly, and they have a great variety of different clothing and jewelry. Must be my favorite store in the area. The prices are good as well. 👍

Sizes from Junior, Misses, Plus and Mens! Shoes, purses, accessories, home decor and more. A lot of name brand items at discounted prices and all about customer service! Factory Connection also accepts vouchers!
