Hampton Inn Gallipolis

Stayed one night in room 217 last week. Pretty great. Like, seriously, the only issue was one short wall on the far side of the shower wasn't quite at 90 degrees with the adjacent walls, and had wrinkled wallpaper at the bottom. Everything was clean, slightly luxurious, and no signs of bedbugs or other infestations. Even the inside of the microwave was squeaky clean. Kudos to the housekeeping!

Always enjoy staying Hampton. Clean & comfortable rooms. Great staff. Located near where things are "happening '. The free breakfast is tasty & has excellent variety. Business office, fitness room & pool are nice plusses.

Outstanding service, Jillian and Dakota (staff) were very helpful and friendly. Location right off US35 with a great view of the bridge over the Ohio. Rooms very clean, fan in bathroom didn't work well.

Great stay. Love that Hampton is consistent across their brand. We had a slight problem which was address by the GM - appreciate businesses who own their issues and do something about it. Will definitely stay again.

The breakfast is what you'd expect from any Hampton Inn, but the people at this location are all super. Shout-out to Chris, Dakota, Linda, and the rest of the gang that I had the pleasure of getting to know!

Had a pleasant stay at the Gallipolis Hampton. Rooms were clean, place was quiet. Staff was helpful and courteous at check in. Glad I picked this stopping point during my travels.

Staff was SO nice and accommodating. Very eager to please the guests. Rooms exceptionally clean. Pool was impeccable. We worked out in the fitness room and they had everything I needed. Breakfast was well presented and filling. Liked the lounge/breakfast area. I always know I can expect high quality at a Hampton Inn & Suites.

This is a very nice hotel to stay in if you're in the area. It's very clean and has sufficient amenities. The staff are the stars since they all are very polite, friendly, and helpful. We've stayed here several times and would definitely book again. The only reason location didn't get 5 stars is there's not much around for dining (but, Gallipolis is rather small).

When we arrived there was no power and another guest was being unreasonable but the staff was courteous and polite through the whole interaction. The whole hotel was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and the pool fun! Would definitely recommend.

Quiet hotel well kept with good size rooms. Friendly staff on the phone and in person. Good selection at free breakfast which was available. Would recommend to other travelers.

This place was clean and well kept. We liked that the bed was on the bathroom wall so it gave more sound insulation. Staff was super friendly. Lots of healthy options for breakfast and a cozy eating area helped get our day off to a good start.

So affordable even with $50 dog fee. Clean! Quiet! Lots of choice for breakfast including waffle maker, eggs, crock pot oatmeal, many juices. Fresh fruit and yogurt. Bagels, toast, and sweet breads. Very clean eating area.
Saltwater pool and hot tub. So clean and refreshing! Clean, quiet rooms.

I just reread my posts. This Hampton Inn is more affordable and every bit as clean and hospitable than the one in Bowling Green, KY.

Overall it's a nice place. It's quiet, the rooms get dark, and you can control the A/C. Lots of restaurants close by. Go see the Mothman in WV!

A very nice and clean hotel with a good complementary breakfast. Close to the highway.

Our 5 day stay here was excellent. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly, respectful and eager to help. The front desk clerk Jillian was top shelf. Extremely friendly and accommodating. She even offered to bake us cookies one evening because they had run out of them. We will stay here again
