Big Sandy Superstore

We were headed to Huntington to look at couches. We even had a cheaper couch picked out from a different store. We decided to go look at the Gallipolis Big Sandy store just to see if they had something interesting. We found Samantha who patiently guided us around the store while we tried out 5 different variations of sectionals with recliners. We realized right away the quality of the furniture was better. The options were endless. She let us have the time to decide and made the purchase so easy! I highly recommend this place. You don’t have to go to the big city to get great furniture. They are bringing it to us!

It was such a pleasant experience! My stove started acting up and I needed a new one. Matthew Beaver was the salesperson who helped me find something in my price range. I got 6 months same as cash, and I purchased a beautiful new electric range. Thanks Big Sandy and thanks Matthew Beaver! Next I will be looking forward to purchasing a new sofa!

Great product selection and great quality. Meghan helped us narrow down the selection and was not pushy at all. Custom ordered a sectional and chair, so they have to be built at the factory. Approximately 6 weeks build and delivery time, so can’t comment on the product other than the sample at the store.

This was a simple and enjoyable process. Brooke was very helpful and genuine. We went to three different locations and this was by far the best experience. She made us WANT to make our purchase there.

Just very outstanding most caring and respectful people I've met in a long time. I wished I would have known that they worked with people like me that have absolutely my credit. They helped me get through all the way I thank you for that. Rent to own just lost a good customer now because I'm going to start buying all of my furniture and appliances and stuff from Big Sandy's. Wish I would've known this a while back though. I could have saved thousands laugh out lonce again. I can't remember sorry I fail 5 stories and lost my memory so I have hard time remember names. But there was 3 young ladies that helped me and my wife out today and they were grateful excellent absolute and respectful. Went to buy a mattress but ended up buying 2 recliners along with the mattress. Financing was smooth and easy. No high pressure sales
