Agreed to the services charge when dispatched to repair a coolant leak. Went out of our way to poses the correct coolant hose.
Drove 45 miles one way.
Checking the coolant sensor, & replaced it, was never reimbursed for the cost, they claimed I was responsible for the failure,
Then has the gull to bad mouth my wife in his poor Google review of my company.

There’s a driver for this trucking company that’s dangerous on the roadways. They drive aggressive and inconsiderate. When coming on the highway and are to yield, they blatantly disregard, and crash into you. Along with fleeing the scene and cussing me out. It’s a representation of the ownership; as he condoned the behavior with, “good luck proving it.” Horrible. Look for other trucking companies.
