I went here yesterday and OMG... Slap my Knee good... somebody put their toe in the sauce or something!!!!

This is one of their other locations the original location is on Harrison Ave next to the Fire Station across from Shell... but all of their locations are super good and super fast...

I’m From East Atlanta n if you know about JJ’s fish and chicken then you Know about Hooks fish and chicken they damn near exactly alike .. Fresh hot food hitting on a diff level every time ongod!!

Best foods I ever have, number one my favorite food called Catfish Nuggets yummy 😋 crazy bout that, love Grizzlies, chicken wings. Other any kinds of fish taste so delicious 👍🏾.

This is probably the best place to get deep fried fish. They have ocean perch, whiting and tilapia. They also have catfish nuggets. Their dinners include four pieces of fish, fries and two or more slices of bread with the option of seasoning. It with lemon pepper for $13.99. Or you can get their lunch special between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. For $6.99, which includes a pop of your choice.

I was impressed when I called for a pick up and a woman answered the phone. She was polite and quick. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my items I was even more impressed when I saw a professional Black woman at the counter. I really appreciated this restaurant hiring people from the neighborhood. If you have a restaurant like this in the hood so should the workers be from the hood. Kudos to the owner.

My girl was one of the nicest and polite people I have met she makes you feel welcomed and this makes you want to come back! Plus the cook is Great! The food was cooked just right, he knows what he is doing!!! My kind of restaurant. Keep up the good work and keep these two employers for EVER😜😜😜😜😜

This place is ALWAYS delicious. Haven’t had a bad meal yet!! Their lunch specials are an amazing value. Miss Monica is the sweetest cashier and always seems happy to see me and my coworkers.

I love 💘 💘 this Hook's 🐟 and 🐔 restaurant. They always cook my food just the way I like it. 👍 I eat here daily!
They are the best! It's always clean. The atmosphere is great. Mo is cool. 😎 And the lady they have now working the front counter is outstanding. Great move on their part. She's a breath of fresh air.

We went last week and the customer service was very good. The ladies helping us were friendly, personable and patient with me while I was trying to decide what to order. I like my fries cooked kinda crispy and Hook's "hooked" them up right for me!

This was such a good place to get food! Every single thing we ordered was delicious, and fresh made to order! I don't believe you will be disappointed if you give them a try. :-)

I visited hooks fish and chicken lathe Monday night on Hamilton in College Hill and Monica helped me.. She was more than helpful. I was unsure of what to order. Monica stepped right in and helped me decide and get the best deal. Upon entering the establishment I was immediately greeted with a smile. This is by far the best service I've ever received from hooks fish and chicken. Thanks Monica☺

I was just at the Hook Fish &Chicken at 5800 Hamilton Ave and the worker Monica, was amazing. I wasn't completely sure on which wings I was to order and she patiently explained the difference of the wings. She deserves a raise because that was not an easy task. I am picky with my wings and she knew exactly what I wanted. So if you see this Monica thank you very much. You are awesome and you rock girl. Thank you so much. Food is always hot and seasoned well. The counter clerk is such a hard worker and so laid back and down to earth. She needs a $3 raise! The new boneless wings are amazing in bbq sauce.

The food is good and the owner is extremely nice, but that cashier, that woman needs to be replaced. No customer skills at all. She says she is a minister, well i want to know who is her God.

Love the people and the service. The food is so good and you get plenty for a reasonable price

I visit this restaurant occasionally. I have never had a bad experience the food is fantastic and the customer service is outstanding. I recommend this to all my friends and family and I ensure you will enjoy your visit.

I passed this place at 10 pm and turned around and went back. A carry out only business. No eat in. The women at the counter was very friendly and helpful. I had the following:
1) Gyro - Honestly, the best I've ever eaten. Vegies were fresh and crunchy and the meat was very flavorful. A lot of meat. Great sauce
2) Chicken wings - A good size and taste.
3) Catfish - Big pieces and taste wonderful
4) Slaw - The best I've ever had. Unique flavor. Frisch's used to be my favorite, now it's Hooks.
5) Fries - Unremarkable but good.
6) Mac and cheese- A unique flavor. Very tasty.

Might be my new favorite place to eat.
